OPENING HOURSOur dedicated team is available to help you with your orders or enquiries during normal office hours from Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. From Monday 2 December to Monday 23 December, 9am-7pm, on Tuesday 24 December, 9am-12pm and from Saturday 7 December up to and including Sunday 22 December, we are open at weekends 11am-4pm.

EXPRESS DELIVERYFor a next day / named day delivery we will add £3 to the delivery charge to each address. The cut-off time for orders requiring next day delivery is 1pm.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERYAny orders received from the 4 December without a specified date will be delivered in time for Christmas between 5-20 December. We are able to offer a next / named day delivery service (subject to a surcharge of £3 per address) for orders delivered up to and including Friday 20 December, if ordered by 1pm on Wednesday 18 December. We are unable to deliver at weekends or on Bank Holidays. The last date for guaranteed Christmas delivery is 1pm on Thursday 19 December.

OUT OF AREA DELIVERIESThere is no extra charge for delivery to the Scottish Highlands but next / named day delivery is unavailable in these areas. Delivery to the Isle of Wight (postcodes PO30 and upwards) and Isles of Scilly (postcode TR21-25) will incur a surcharge of £5 per address. Delivery to Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man and Scottish Islands will incur a surcharge of £10 per address – as a guide these include the following postcodes: BT, HS, KA27-28, PA41-88, PH42-44, IV, KW1-17, IM and ZE. Delivery to the Channel Islands will incur a surcharge of £15. For all deliveries within Europe, there will be a surcharge which will be calculated when ordering, based on the delivery address and the weight of the parcel. INSURANCEAll deliveries are fully insured. In the unlikely event your hamper arrives broken or damaged, claims should be made on 0800 138 8141 within 48 hours of receipt. Claims for lost parcels must be made by 1 February 2014.

PRICESThese are all correct at the time of going to press (August 2013). Prices are valid until 31 December 2013.

VAT AND DUTYAll prices include VAT at variable rates and duty charged at the rates prevailing at publication. We reserve the right to amend prices according to changes in duty. Customs dutiesmay be payable by overseas recipients and we regret to saywe cannot advise on these amounts.

CANCELLATIONSYou may cancel your order providing that you follow the following guidelines:1. Notify us of the cancellation in writing / email within seven working days of delivery.2. The goods must be unused and nothing must have been opened.3. You must make sure the goods are available for collection by our carrier who can only collect during the daytime on weekdays (not weekends or Bank Holidays) within 21 days of notifying us of the cancellation. We will pay the cost of the cancellation unless you or the recipient fails to organise the collection within 21 days of the cancellation.
