    College vs. University

Technically universities provide both undergraduate and graduate

education whereas colleges offer undergraduate study only

A Bachelors degree can be obtained at either but the term college is often

used colloquially to refer to undergraduate study as a whole

Some universities with a wide variety of graduate programs (Boston College,Dartmouth College, etc) have retained the term "college"

The naming of college vs. university does not imply any difference in prestige

    or selectiveness

    Value for Money

More than a dozen SUNY campuses were named among the top in the nationfor return on investment (ROI), according to PayScales2013 College Return

    on Investment (ROI) Report

    www.payscale.com/college-education-value-2013

Payscale ranked SUNY Maritime #12 for new graduateswho earn more than Harvard graduates (2012)

Since I am an international student and English is my second language,

I had many difficulties while studying at college. If I had started right

away at a big university, I would have struggled much more with big

classrooms and hundreds of classmates. Morrisville is the perfect place

to start up with basic knowledge, prepare for the long run in the futurewith small classrooms, enthusiastic professors, and friendly staff.
