OLYBOND500®

OlyBond500 was originally created for roofers who did not own expensive spray equipment. It has become the gold-standard for the commercial roofing industry. We offer OlyBond500 in four convenient packages to accommodate every roofing application:• 10 gallon (37.85 L) Bag-in-Box sets

Coverage Rates:

Coverage rates vary depending on several factors including the surface of the substrate and prescriptive fastening pattern requirements. A good application guideline is up to 2.5 squares of coverage per gallon on a smooth surface with 12-inch on-center bead spacing.

OLYBOND500® APPLICATIONRegardless of the packaging, OlyBond500 is dispensed through a portable 1:1 applicator in semi-liquid beads that spread 3⁄4-in. to 1-in. (20 mm to 25 mm) above the substrate.

In addition, OMG Roofing Products offers several temperature-optimized formulations, for year-round use in temperatures as low as 0°F (-17°C). See the temperature guide below for details.

OLYBOND® CLASSIC

Designed for high production roof projects, OlyBond Classic is applied using a full coverage spray rig or by bead using appropriate application tools. OlyBond Classic is available in 55-gallon (208.17 L) and 15-gallon (56.78 L) drums. In addition, OlyBond Classic can be also used for fleeceback membrane attachment with roof system manufacturer approval.
