Observation on shops in Chongqing

Insights：• Colorful themes and neat display,

which make the store really inviting• Fragrant smell, lots of “trial product”• Sales wear uniforms, but they follow

the clients everywhere even if I was just look around

• There are slogan outside “makeup tips”, but there are no relative tips inside

Watsons

• A promotion booklet rack at the entrance, very open and clear;

• Products are displayed very neatly and quite clear classification;

• Sales give clients room to shop for themselves, but they also offer help if you ask;

• Counter is at opposite side of entrance, and there are some snacks and small things at the counter for clients to choose if they are in a line.

Lanvazza

• Very cozy western café, and it’s next to an old Chinese living building.

• Nice music , bright windows, good views.• They sale ice cream and cock tail too.• There are glasses and tissues with their Logo on.
