Concept : “Organic Glass & Chrome “ This project included the design, planning and development of a two story mixed use commercial building. The use of

circular shapes, open views, glass and chrome created a modern design that also invited daylight and views of the natural environment to soften an otherwise clean and elegant design.

Concept : “Path of Knowledge & Enlightenment”

This project included the design,

development and layout of an urban tutoring center with an apartment above. Both spaces were designed around large windows and include

colorful textural furnishings that help promote growth and desire for

knowledge.

The project included the design and execution of construction drawings and documents for a multi-purpose two story commercial property. The mini-mall is designed to have

something for everyone; shopping, a restaurant, arcade and indoor batting cages.

Concept : “A Taste of India ” The project included designing a retail store with an apartment above. The design was created using Universal Design

principles . The choice of furnishings and colors is based on a modern design with an Indian flair. The design is meant to be relaxed and artistic yet modern and fun.

e Concept : “Floating in the Clouds”

This project included designing the floor plan and space planning of a sleep center. The use of comforting and soothing colors through the sleep center are meant to help soothe the patient and put them at ease. The entire design is meant to make the

patient feel comfortable and relaxed so that their medical experience will be as painless as possible.
