12.1. This Regulamentadora Norm and its annexes define references basic techniques, principles and measures of protection to guarantee the health and the physical integrity of the workers and establish minimum requirements for the prevention of accidents and illnesses of the work in the phases of project and use of machines and equipment of all the types, and still to its manufacture, importation, commercialization, exposition and cession to any heading, in all the economic activities, without damage of the observance of made use in the too much Norms Regulamentadoras - NR approved for Portaria nº 3,214, of 8 of June of 1978, in the norms techniques officers and, in absence or omission of these, in the applicable international norms.

12.1.1. The construction is understood as use phase, has carried, assembly, installation, adjustment, operation, cleanness, maintenance, inspection, deactivation and dismounting of the machine or equipment.

12.130. Procedures of specific, standardized work and security must be elaborated, with detailed description of each task, step by step, from the risk analysis.

subitem 2,1 of this Annex; or b) operation only with closed tools, as alínea "b", of it subitem 2,1 of this Annex; or c) use of curtain of light conjugated with bimanual command, as alínea "c", of it subitem 2,1 and its subitens of this

Annex.

4. Hydraulical and pneumatic systems of command.

4.1. The eccentric mechanical presses with brake or pneumatic clutch, the pneumatic presses and its respective similars, must be commanded by specific safety valve with cross flow, dynamic and free monitoramento of residual pressure.
