She did an awesome job after school with APA.  There were students fighting over books, ha.

HIGHLIGHTS

Attended Web 2.0 professional development at Brooks Middle School.

Hired a parent volunteer on the third floor. Improved magazine display area and teen

lounge area on 3rd floor. Reclassified/relabeled over 380 books for

ease of searching and the creation of the new popular books display on the third floor.

Created mystery books display. Met with library designer to brainstorm ideas

for library remodel.

COLLABORATION

Gathered books for Ms. O’Keefe’s Latin American History class.

Selected lavishly illustrated art books to inspire students in Dr. Campbell’s AP Studio Art Class.

Created a wiki page with supplemental science articles for McGrail.

Used the research process in depth with Doug Hill’s health class.

Met with Gilbertsen regarding reading “pull-out” projects with students.

Met with Nunez to review her class projects and incorporate technology into her curriculum.

COLLABORATION Collaborated with Shipley and McKenzie on the PB

re-classification project. Met with Nancy Bardo about using Google apps for

her 1:1 pilot next semester. Met with Ponce to design an Aztec Project

assignment and incorporate technology into the lesson.

Incorporated the following technologies into projects: Prezi, Glogster, Xtranormal, Weebly, and Wikispaces.
