Chng ti ti y ng rng:With respect to the accounts opened by us with your Bank as listed in item 3 below (hereinafter called Accounts), we (as

Customer)_________________________________________, hereby notify your Bank that__________________________________ (hereinafter called Internet Banking Customer) has been authorized by us to (i)have access to and make any transaction in the Accounts and (ii) apply, on behalf of us, for the issuance or amendment of

letters of credit through the Internet Banking Services provided by your Bank to the Internet Banking Customer as provided

for in the Agreement for Services of Internet Banking, Fax Banking, and Automated Message Notification and relevant

applications or documents from time to time made by and between the Internet Banking Customer and your Bank

(hereinafter called Agreement). We hereby agree as follows:

1. ch th nu trn gy ra, v chng ti s khng tin hnh cc bin php php l hoc cc bin php khc chng li QuNgn Hng trong bt k trng hp no.

Any and all instructions given by the Authorized Person(s) of the Internet Banking Customer as defined in the

Agreement with respect to any of the Accounts shall be deemed as given by us and shall have valid and binding effect

upon us, and we shall unconditionally and irrevocably accept the consequence or effect resulted from any of the

aforesaid instructions without making any protest in connection therewith. Your Bank shall in no event be held liable or

responsible for any loss or damage caused to the Accounts due to the aforesaid instructions, and we shall not seek any

legal recourse or otherwise against your Bank in any respect.

Qu Ngn Hng c th thc hin bt k cc ch thc Khch Hng NgnHng in Ta ra thng qua (nhng) Ngi C Thm Quyn ca mnh tr khi Ngn Hng nhn c thng bobng vn bn t pha chng ti v vic chm dt y quyn ca chng ti i vi Khch Hng Ngn Hng Qua Internetnh quy nh ti y. Trong trung hp pht sinh tranh chp gia Khch Hng Ngn Hng Qua Internet v chng tihoc gia (nhng) Ngi C Thm Quyn v chng ti v trong trng hp pht sinh vi phm lin quan ti hiu lc cavic y quyn do chng ti trao cho Khch Hng Ngn Hng Qua Internet, Qu Ngn Hng sc min tr khi btk khiu ni, khiu kin hoc khi kin do bt k ai thc hin chng li Qu Ngn Hng.

Your Bank has no duties, obligations or liabilities to verify the validity of the authorization granted by us to the Internet

Banking Customer. Your Bank may act upon any instruction given by the Internet Banking Customer through its

Authorized Person(s) unless your Bank is otherwise notified in writing by us of the termination of our authorization to

the Internet Banking Customer as described herein. In case of any disputes between the Internet Banking Customer and

us or between the Authorized Person(s) and us and in case of any defect regarding the validity of the authorization

granted by us to the Internet Banking Customer, your Bank shall be held harmless from any claim, action or proceeding

which may be brought by any person against your Bank.

To facilitate the instructions given the Internet Banking Customer to your Bank with respect to the accounts as referred

in item 3 and 4, we hereby authorize your Bank to disclose the information of the aforesaid accounts and us to your

Banks head office or other branch offices.

Your Bank is hereby authorized by us to act solely and without restriction upon any instruction given by the Internet

Banking Customer through its Authorized Person(s) notwithstanding any provisions or articles having contradictory or

other effect as provided for in the account opening agreement(s) which has/have been made by and between your Bank

and us.

We, by signing this Notice, hereby agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement and,
