NOC Service Type: Non Objection Certificate for Traffic Siding

Service Card

Target Audience Government / Federal entities

Service Channels The service is available on the MOID website:

www.moid.gov.ae

Customer Service Center in MOID offices (Dubai) from 07:30 to 14:30

Output NOC Certificate

Service Fees Applying charges: AED 100

Certificate Issuance Charges: AED 1000.

Required Documents

1- Official letter in Arabic from the client (signed and sealed) explaining the

required service and business details:

- Description of the service required and all information relating to the

project, including the type of the project, the period required to obtain

permission and the period of construction …etc

- Detailed description of works and the period of execution

- Customer’s contact info (name, address, and contact person’s name and

phone number …etc)

2- A horizontal scheme describing the work site, the work place, the road’s

name, the nearest two main cross roads, the nearest road sign, the type of

works proposed to construct the siding, and the related period of time…etc

(Documents are to be submitted in two hard copies “A1 size” and one soft

3- A design describing the various phases of siding (i.e., the advance warning,

siding area, worksite, date of finalizing works, traffic signboards, traffic control

tools, proposed traffic calming as per Dubai guide.

4- Letter of undertaking states that matters will be returned to their original

conditions after expiry of the period scheduled for works

Steps to apply for NOC Certificate

Red circle indicates that the information was not filled in this step

"Your application" option in the right of the page shows a summary steps

to get the service:

1. If the summary showed in green it means the information was filled

2. If the summary showed in red it means was not filled

It requires registration at the MOID website


Click on "Start this service"


Steps to apply for the request of the NOC:

- Select NOC type


- Fill the required information


- To add attachments you must click on the word "Browse" to select the file and then click on the

word "upload file" to upload it.


- Click on Complete Form to Submit it to MoID or Save as Draft to save the request for

modification/changing before you send it to MOID

A window will appear to the user once he/she click on Complete the form (Voting Poll Question) to ask for

your statisfcation on the service

The customer should pay first the fees of applying for a service , then when the request is completed an

email will be send to the customer to pay the amount for issuing the NOC certificate .

Once the payment process is done , the customer will receive the certificate with receipt of payment.

OR the certificate & receipt can be found as well in the customer workspace by accessing MOID portal and

download it, as shown in the image below: Click on the icon ! to view the files & click on download to save

it in your PC
