• The design department is in charge of perfoming the exact and perfect model of different garments fashion trends, determinig what to use in the designs, and how to do it. In our company we secceed in bringing to market new products that achieve the needs of users and to woo buyers.

Design Department Rules• Efficiently designing different garments to mark the difference with
others.• Determine the best materials they managed to show every single

Staff And Functions• DESIGN ASSISTANT: Responsible to train and supervise
employees and colaborates in the respective designs to promote the best perfomance of the department and the company also must investigate and take note of the fashion world and get new products to chieve always improve quality of ours and generate new ideas about them.• GRAPHIC DESIGNER: Responsible for performing design models
according to the season, should also draw pictures and bring them to life with real format representing the actual design of the garments, adding more detail and desired location.
• PATRON DRESS: One who performs the respective molds or patterns according to the previously made graphic design giving the respective measures according to the shaping and realizing it to the most appropiate level, also must perform these molds in a strong but aconomical material.

Financial DepartmentThe primary function of the Finance Department is the overall management of the economic resources of the company. This department will have to decide how to allocate the resources available in the different functional areas of the company through investment projects, with the objective of maximizing economic benefits

all the machines which make clothes, have to be a technical and have experience in this area. He or she receives indications about how make the products and his responsibility is give performance the work.
• Assistant to machinist: The responsibility of assistant to machinist is coordinates with the work of the machinist who is his boss. He must obey the orders assigned of the assistant production. He must reply the dailies targets and helps with the inventory of factory.
