Naiella Erica Rose Englund has been in real estate her whole life. Her father taught her the art of investing in property in the Northwest and Southern California at a very young age. She began investing on the east coast and building her own portfolio after graduating with a bachelor’s degree from Brown University. She has worked as property manager for exclusive rental properties on the west coast for more than ten years.
In addition to an inherited skill for seeing the potential in properties, her entrepreneurial work as an international fashion designer for more than ten years contributes to her work as a realtor. Having created a company, Erica Rose, that designed for stores like Nordstrom and Anthropologie, Naiella brings a saavy eye for detail and sophisticated design to real estate. She uses this creative, sophisticated eye to help clients prepare their homes, and discover the sometimes hidden beauty in a home. Balance in real estate and design is an art cultivated through her commitment to yoga since 1999. She is a certified yoga and meditation instructor, and brings heartfelt compassion, balance and calmness to her clients and all transactions.
She enjoys sharing her passion for real estate with others, and putting her knowledge to work to deliver successful and enjoyable experiences to her clients. Ultimately, Naiella’s goal is to help others feel their home is the heart of their life.

PREPARING HOME FOR MARKETPreparing your home for the market is an integral step in selling your home. I have access to an extensive black book of vendors for your home preparation needs. Whether it be a roofer, painter or home stager, we have the best in the industry at every price range just one call away. Small changes made to your home before placing it on the market can positively affect the days on market and the sales price.

DETERMINING VALUEPricing your home with regards to today’s market requires research and up to date knowledge. I pride myself on staying on top of today’s market, as do all of my colleagues at Brazen Sotheby’s International Realty. Before going to market, I will have my pricing team visit your home and to determine a good listing price.
HOW DO WE STAY ON TOP OF TODAY’S MARKET?1. We see an average of 15 homes each per week. 2. We have the Northwest MLS feed all listing updates directly to our cell phones every hour. 3. We have collaboration meetings weekly where we keep abreast of the latest information possible. 4. Our firm presents a detailed Quarterly Market Report on our vast sales region. In this way we are kept up to date on the monthly perfomance of each microsegment of our region and the overall area. 5. We will work with our staff to prepare the most detailed market analysis possible, comparing your property to similar properties.

OPEN HOUSESIn a day and age where homes are increasingly being viewed online, we still believe it is imperative to hold Broker Opens and public open houses. This allows buyers and the general public to experience how your home feels in real life. An internet tour can’t appeal to all five senses. Upon initially hitting the market, we strongly suggest debuting your home to brokers on the “broker’s tour” days, specific to each area. We will work with you to hold the house open when it is convenient for you. If you wish to have a special open, we have access to caterers and other vendors who will make a unique experience for buyers and brokers alike.
