The Physical Message

There are 4 parts to the physical message. Posture is the way we stand & position our whole body. Eye contact is where we look to keep in touch with the audience as we speak. Gestures is how we move our hands to support our words & voice inflection is the way we change the tone of our voice to emphasize key words.
