Apple Box Apples to Oranges 1 oz. Leopold’s American Small Batch Gin
1 oz. Apple Brandy½ oz. Leopold Bros.
New York Sour Apple Liqueur½ oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. simply syrup or agave nectar1 egg white
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a
chilled cocktail glass.
Created from a blend of apples from the
state of New York, we mix these apples with
cane sugar and naturally produced
lactic acid, which adds a refreshing tartness to the to the finish of
this liqueur.
It's a bartender's best friend when acidity is
needed, but not citrus, is needed for a cock-tail. Nicely paired with vodka, and it blends perfectly vodka or
any sherry cocktail.
