Panna with a low mineral content (Tuscany) A clear bright mineral water, pleasantly soft and well-balanced bringing refreshingly tonic and velvety sensations. Excellent with light dishes which have a subtle but intense flavour and perfume. R.f. 142 mg/l San Pellegrino mineralized (Orobiche Alps) Perfectly bright and clear, it is most distinctive thanks to the extremely fine bubbles and thin mineral aromas. The structure is a masterpiece of elegant harmony of flavour with an intensely pleasant sensation of fragrant freshness. Excellent with richly flavoured dishes. R.f. 960 mg/l Lauretana no mineral content (Biella Mountains – North Piedmont) The Lauretana water springs on the slopes of the mountain called Mombarone, at an altitude of 1.050 meters above sea level. It is one of the purest waters sold in Italy which, thanks to its ionic composition, is classified as bicarbonate and rich in calcium. Its light flavour makes it an ideal accompaniment to fish, meat and vegetable dishes. R.f. 14 mg/l Lurisia “Stille e Bolle” no mineral content (Cuneo – South Piedmont) The Lurisia water springs from Pigna mount at 1.460 meters above sea level, near Cuneo. It has great characteristics: light, pure and low in sodium, perfectly compatible with our organism. It is a superb water, easily to match with different types of food. Sparkling only thanks to the natural gases at the source, it is a water of great impact, body and acidity.
