AMENITIES
Outdoor AmenitiesOur Park has an array of different things to do through-out the year.
In the Summer, we have, a water park, tennis courts, aplayground, a basketball court, and a multi use beacharea. In the Winter, we have, a pleasure rink (with afire pit), and a hockey rink.
All are available for use to residents of New Brighton!
New Brighton has tennis courts, basketball courts, a multi purpose beach area and a water park forthe use of its residents and their guests.
The office will rent out tennis rackets, basketballs and volley balls free of charge. You must haveyour resident card with you to rent equipment, your card stays at the front desk while equipment isin use. Equipment and courts are available ona first come first serve basis.

The New Brighton Club is thecentral gathering place for thecommunity. The 6,500 sq. ft.building contains office and stor-
age space and several multi-purpose rooms for such things asparent & tot classes, pro-grammed activities like yoga andfit ball or booking your own spe-cial occasion.
FEATURES:Residents can also enjoy patioand deck space that provides wonderful panoramic views of the community and
mountains to the west.
In future, the building site could be expanded to contain a 4,400 sq. ft. gymna-sium - perfect for floor hockey, basketball and community events as well asadditional meeting rooms and locker rooms.
The Banquet Room holds up to 125 people Movable seating and tables Available kitchen
The club grounds feature a water play area with water plume jets, two tenniscourts, volleyball and basketball courts as well as a childrens play area and forthe winter, a full sized outdoor rink as well as a pleasure skating area with firepit. The amenities are available during regular park and club hours, the ameni-ties are not available during a rental.
