National Saddle Clubs Association, Inc. 45 th Annual National Championship O-Mok-See Flathead County Fairgrounds, Kalispell, MT July 24-30, 2010 Entry Information All the information you will need to enter, reserve stalls and camping spaces are available here. If you are not the person responsible for handling the entries for your Saddle Club for the National Show, please pass this information on immediately . Feel free to make copies of any of the forms. But the most important thing is to let your fellow members know you have this information because all entries need to be postmarked by June 9, 2010 . (Of course, the earlier the better) After that date, late fees for all events will be charged as explained in the rulebook. Many clubs have not paid the 2010 dues so I may not have current information for contacts. At the 2009 Annual Winter Meeting, the rule changes were made that contestants from a Saddle Club may enter under the Saddle Club once the club dues ($50.00) have been paid to the NSCA, and the required State Dues ($100.00) have been paid to the NSCA. The State Association Dues cover all Saddle Clubs that belong to NSCA for that state, as well as allowing the state 2 voting delegates at the Board of Directors and Officers Meetings held at the show as well as at the Annual Winter Meeting. Most states have paid dues in previous years so this will not be a change for them, however, the clubs from states that have not in the past will need to provide State Association Dues so they will be able to compete at the National Championship O-Mok-See. NOTE: If you do not belong to a Saddle Club that belongs to the NSCA, you may compete at the Championship O-Mok- See by paying an Individual Horseman membership fee of $10.00. If you have any questions about this process, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I am reminding the club secretary or representative to please send the entries, for your entire club combined with one check. There is a sheet that has all the total fees due including entries, programs, rulebooks, etc. Also, if you are sending in entries for Pair & Team events, please send only one entry blank with everyone on the team entered and pay for the entire team you are entering. This makes it much easier to handle the hundreds of entries that are coming in. Late fees will apply to all events, including Team & Pair events, which have changes or additions after the June 9 th deadline as stated in the rulebook. Another change from the last few years is that program changes cannot be made after Tuesday, with Sunday - Tuesday changes made the day prior to the event as in years past. The host club, Smith Valley Saddle Club, will be handling all the camping and stall reservations. The form and a welcome letter from them is included with the entry information as well. If you have any questions, please let me know. Please share all the information with interested people in your club or surrounding area as soon as possible. We want to have another successful National Championship Show and with all your help, we will. Looking forward to seeing you in Kalispell- Deana Reh, NSCA Secretary 1252 N Hwy 25 Leoti, KS 67861 Home (620-375-2510 Cell (620) 214-2258 Fax (620) 375-2688 E-mail [email protected] The National Saddle Clubs Association, Inc. will not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, age, national origin, religion or creed.

Entry Information All the information you will need to enter, reserve stalls and camping spaces are available

here. If you are not the person responsible for handling the entries for your Saddle Club for the National Show, please pass this information on immediately. Feel free to make copies of any of the forms. But the most important thing is to let your fellow members know you have this information because all entries need to be postmarked by June 9, 2010.

Most states have paid dues in previous years so this will not be a change for them, however, the clubs from states that have not in the past will need to provide State Association Dues so they will be able to compete at the National Championship O-Mok-See. NOTE: If you do not belong to a Saddle Club that belongs to the NSCA, you may compete at the Championship O-Mok-See by paying an Individual Horseman membership fee of $10.00. Late fees will apply to all events, including Team & Pair events, which have changes or additions after the June 9th deadline as stated in the rulebook.
