Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering

1. To improve student’s communication skills Narayana engineering college, sakala student

Association has organized the event on group discussion for all EEE students (II, III, and IV

STUDENTS) on 10-3- 2018. Such events benefit the students in following ways:

1. Participation adds interest for students

5. Agree with the right

6. Speak confidently

2. Guest lecture on “ELECTROMOTIVE FORCE” was organized at Narayana

engineering college, Nellore, for the students of II B.Tech EEE On 17th march 2018.In this

session they discussed the important topics of EMF and also covered the topics to write the

competitive exams.

3. Guest lecture on “Carrier Guidelines & Importance of electrical engineering” was

organized at Narayana engineering college, Nellore, for the students of II B.Tech EEE On 20th

March 2018.The session was conducted by our college Alumni

student’s logical reasoning or thinking performance in competitive exams and also discussed

important subjects in electrical engineering for government jobs.

4. Guest lecture on “Carrier Guidelines” was organized at Narayana engineering college,

Nellore, for the students of II B.Tech EEE On 22nd March 2018.The session was conducted by

our college Alumni MS.P.Haritha, Wellsfargo,Banglore(Software).

In this session she enlightened the students how to face an interview and the strategies to

be adopted. It also included contents as well as how to frame a Resume when you seek a job and

the impact of body language, dressings, confidence etc on the outcome of the interview.

5. On 24th March 2018 Narayana engineering college, Nellore organized the NSS event

Distributing Pamphlets for Safety Precautions Of Electricity by our students.

This event gives the instructions to the people to investigate accidents and understand the

importance of “near miss” identification.

Upon completion of the Accident Investigation seminar, attendees will be able to:

♦ Conduct a thorough investigation of accidents and incidents

♦ Identify casual factors

♦ Identify corrective actions

♦ Make recommendations for preventing future accidents

This course is intended for safety committee members, supervisors, Technicians, safety,

Line Employees and those employees who may be part of an accident investigation

Team.

6. Narayana engineering college,nellore organized Farewell Party “NEVER SAY

GOODBYE” on 30th march 2018 at the college auditorium, where students of B.Tech 3rd year

bid farewell to the outgoing students of B.Tech final year with great enthusiasm. Function began

with a floral welcome of Mr. Dr.G.Srinivasulu Reddy, Principal, Dr.G.Venkateswarlu, HOD of

EEE and staff.

Lightning of Lamp was done by Principal HOD followed by prayer song. Principal sir

wished good luck to the final year students for their future. He also expressed his hope that

students will continue holding best positions in upcoming university exams. Final years gave

inputs to 3rd years to go ahead in building their careers. Most of the placed students shared their

experiences in interviews such as GD, Aptitude, Verbal Reasoning and HR sessions, faced

during campus selections. They even guided their juniors about the various fields that can be

opted once they are in Final years and gave suggestions regarding the Universities providing

specific courses based upon the students interest and grades. Juniors even got opportunities to

discuss about the doubt full issues regarding their career. Students of final year and third year

entertained by dances, solo dances, songs and solo songs. Students of final year participated in

Ramp Walk, It was an incredible day hosted and organized by juniors. The day ended by

capturing memories with photo sessions, the delicious lunch.
