It is forbidden to sublet a stand, to overflow the expected number of meters, to sell pirate recordings. The organizers decline all responsibility in case of seizure of illegal recordings. In the event of non-compliance, sanctions may be taken, which may extend to the exclusion of the exhibition. Read the general rules on the back.

Généralités ■ Participation in Nantes International Record fair, organized by the Reze Association for the voluntary blood donation, is subject to the unreserved acceptance of this regulation. ■ Places and timetables: Nantes International Record fair takes place at the Halle de La Trocardière, 101 rue de La Trocardière, 44400 Rezé. ■ Public Hours: Saturday 10am – 7pm; Sunday 10am-6pm ■ Exhibitors hours: Friday 5pm – 8pm, Saturday 7:30 – 7:30 pm; Sunday 9.30 am – 9 pm Registration – Admission - Location ■ Only complete registration records that have been completed prior to the registration deadline will be considered. A dossier is considered complete if it includes: the contract of lease duly completed and signed and the payment of the stand to the order of ADSB REZE. ■ The organizer keeps the right to refuse a booth rental without having to justify itself. ■ The organizer shall distribute the locations according to the nature of the products and/or services and taking into account as far as possible the wishes expressed by the exhibitors. Stand ■ The exhibitor is required to respect the linear footage which he himself has indicated on his bulletin. ■ Public access to a double footage, in-depth of the stand, is prohibited. It is the same for any overflow on the aisles. ■ Each stand is nominal. It is forbidden to sublet or receive any other seller than the one indicated on the registration form. ■ Each exhibitor is required to display the prices. ■ The exhibitor makes a commitment not to expose or sell objects that are racist or incite racial hatred.

■ Erotic products or images are tolerated insofar as they are not accessible or sold to minors. ■ The organizer reminds exhibitors that the sale of "pirated products" and counterfeit products is strictly prohibited in France. The organizer declines all responsibility in case of seizure of such products within the confines of the event. Installation and Dismantling ■ The stands must be installed before the Safety committee passes and the opening to the public (see the timetable). ■ The exhibitor will not be able to disassemble its stand before the exhibition closes. Access to the lounge ■ The confirmation of the rental is to be presented to the managers when you arrive. ■ Badges are strictly personal. The enter and leave are controlled. Communication ■ Exhibitors authorize the organizers to make photos or films representing them and their products, and to use these images freely without limitation of duration. Cancellation ■ In the event of a major force requiring the closing of the Expo Park, the contract will be terminated as of right without indemnity. The sums available, after payment of the expenses incurred, shall be distributed among the exhibitors in proportion to the sums paid by each of them. ■ In case of withdrawal or absence for any reason, no refund will be made.
