5. Program Administration

a) Target Group and ParticipantsOpen; a maximum of 40 participants per group

b) Program Duration3 Days 2 Nights (Residential)

c) Training InvestmentA training fee of RM 12,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Twelve Thousand only) pergroup. Fees quoted in this proposal does not include training facilities andequipment

d) InvoiceTraining invoice will be submitted to client on the last day of the training session.Payment should be made payable to ‘ACTION DRIVEN SDN BHD’ not later than30 days after the issuance of the invoice.

e) AccommodationIf the program is conducted outstation or on a residential basis, then theaccommodation and meals for two (2) of our Consultant(s) should be arrangedand borne by the client.

f) TransportationIf required, return air ticket for the Consultant for training session will be arrangedand borne by the client.

g) Training Facilities and Equipment The following training facilities and equipment should be arranged and borne bythe client :

h) Intellectual Property Action Driven Sdn Bhd claims all the rights for program contents, modules andnotes. Consultant’s Profile – Mohamad Zaini Bin Hj Badron

Zaini is a Bachelor of Science in Human Developmentgraduate from Universiti Putra Malaysia. Began hiscareer in the training field, he’s involved in trainingmanagement and coordination for various corporatetraining programs. His passion in studying the mindand learning technologies have earned him theconfidence in delivering training and helped himimprove his skills in developing programs.

Zaini managed to work closely with internationalspeakers such as Roy Ashworth of SCQuAREInternational, Valentina Stolar of Aspire Internationaland Steven Lesser of InfoWorks International. Withthis exposure he continues to focus on improvinghimself in developing and delivering training moduleson Personal Development, Service Excellence,Creativity & Innovation, Leadership and Teambuilding.

With his experience of more than 7 years, Zaini has been delivering training for Personal &Professional Development, Leadership & Supervisory, Creativity & Innovation, Service

Excellence and Teambuilding for various levels of staff. Zaini’s impactful, dynamic andlively delivery won the heart of clients such as AIROD, Securities Commission, MalaysiaAirports, Petronas Management Training Academy (PERMATA), Selangor Medical Centre,Institut Jantung Negara (IJN), Bank Pertanian Malaysia, Saujana Consolidated,International Islamic University of Malaysia, Syarikat Air Terengganu (SATU) and Radicare.

In the international arena, he had conducted training sessions with PT Bank BuanaIndonesia Tbk (BBI) and Telekom Brunei Berhad (TelBru) which have benefited from hisvast knowledge in Service Excellence Program. With his sound people and managementexposure, he managed to blend the two disciplines effectively and relate it to the actual

business practice.

A professional member of Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers and a certifiedtrainer with Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB), he was also appointed asSubject Matter Expert (SME) for the Service Excellence Program during his career withFocus Learning Corporation Sdn Bhd. (2002-2008).

Consultant’s Profile – Zuraifah Zolkepley

Zuraifah or prefered to be called June, holds a doubledegree in Bachelor on Information Systems (Honours)and Bachelor of Applied Computing from University ofTasmania, Australia. She also holds a Master inInformation Technology from University TechnologyMalaysia and wrote a thesis on knowledgemanagement. June spent years of her career attachedto public university, focusing on areas such as ICTTrainings, Project Management and ICT Integration.

Her love for teaching and training backed by her five(5) years of experience in training, moved her topursue a career as a trainer or learning facilitator. Sheable to facilitate various programs especially in ICT,Customer Service and the seven (7) soft skills areasintroduced by Ministry of Higher Education foruniversity students and she’s not stopping there.

As a trainer, she managed to capture her audience’s hearts with her animated mannerismand innovative teaching styles. She introduced a lot of modern teaching methods into her

classroom, bringing her participant’s imagination and involvement in the classroom to anew height. Her training session is always fun, interactive and engaging; packed with fun-filled games, role plays and activities Still very much a ‘Drama Queen’, she introduced themagic of drama, acting and videos into her teaching sessions. Her engaging andcharismatic delivery earns high score in training feedbacks from participants.

June has experienced in conducting trainings for various faculties and entities atInternational Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) which benefited from her knowledge inService Excellence Program. Her involvement in facilitating also includes Institut JantungNegara (IJN) and Miyazu (M) Sdn Bhd.
