1. Open Chrome and browse -

2. Click on Register button

1. Enter your Name, Email address (Valid
Company email address), Password (must
contain at least 8 characters including
Uppercase characters (A-Z), Lowercase
characters (a-z), Digits (0-9), Special characters
(@$!%*?&)).
2. Read the Terms & Conditions
3. Accept Terms & Conditions
4. Click on Sign up

1. Your account has been created and sent for
Procurement Team Approval.
2. Once confirmed you can sign in and start
chatting with the chatbot.

1. Open Chrome and browse -

2. Enter Email Address used for registration
3. Enter Password
4. Click Send OTP – this will send a 5 Digit OTP
to your registered email ID

1. Enter OTP and click on Sign in
2. If you do not receive OTP in 5 minutes, click
resend OTP.
3. Please ensure you enter the latest OTP

1. Once account is verified and OTP is provided
with sign in the chat screen will show as on right
2. You can now click any of the options shown or
ask a question directly

1. Click on Payment Status or type Payment
status in chat window
2. It will show option to chose from VP number,
invoice number or PO number - select the one
you have readily available

2. Enter VP number
3. It will display current Stage and status
4. Please ensure you provide a valid VP number,
else it will not be able to provide statrus

to get GST details etc.
2. You can do so by Simply asking the query in
chatbot, or type FAQ and it will display you the
queries it can answer
