1) An Arts Council goal as evidenced in your forward plan or other key policy and planning documents

2) Following up participation in a previous MDNW programme of activity

3) An Accreditation AFI from your last Accreditation return

MDNW Officers will already know of your involvement in MDNW programmes and any Accreditation Areas for Improvement but we will need more details of your plans to meet Arts Council goals (see proposal below).
