EQIP Program Payment Percentage can range from 30% to 50%, depending on practice.
EQIP Program Payment Percentage for Historically Underserved, Organic, etc can range from 55% – 75%, with a few cases range up to 90%, depending on program and practice.
Also can vary based on Iowa’s Common Resource Areas.
NRCS EQIP Payment Schedule (AWMS)
Iowa’s Common Resource Areas
Historically A&E contracts, TSP’s and NRCS staff facilitated animal waste project completion.
Now – primarily TSP’s and NRCS – estimated 50/50 split.
EQIP 2008 – estimated 150 projects planned, partially certified, or certified under TSP purview.
In the past there has been funding on the watershed level (assessment work).
State Revolving No to Low Interest Loan Program (Feedlot to Building conversions)
