Specialized Multi-Int Applications and Services 7921 Jones Branch Drive McLean VA 22102 ontact@ novetta.com c Specialized Multi-Int Apps Perseus, Google Earth integration, Open Street Maps (OSM), Ringtail’s Replay, Platinum Resolve, Atlas and Theseus capabilities utilize highly accurate and time-synchronized custom designed, solutions. These capabilities are Government off the Shelf (GOTS), Government Purpose Rights (GPR), and Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) solutions that have been integrated into a C2 solution. The relevance of these particular systems is that they demonstrate that Novetta has the know-how and expertise to provide high TRL communications systems that will ensure superior operational surety and C2. These solutions are currently being deployed throughout the USSOCOM FBNC Enterprise and USSOCOM Joint and Tactical Operations Centers. This single integrated solution supports all echelons of war fighting: Expeditionary/Mobile and Single User (Tactical), Forward Operating Base/Regional Task Force (Operational), and the Enterprise User (Strategic). These systems are certified by the requisite DAA for NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and by DIA for JWICS. A. PERSEUS – The PERSEUS Data Archiving solution is custom designed to convert, translate, and archive all forms of track data and geo-events from legacy systems such as Global Command and Control Systems (GCCS), Joint Battlefield Visualization (JBV), and directly from source device emitters such as Link-16, SADL, and Blue Force Tracker (BFT). All data streams are converted to Cursor on Target (CoT) and are output into either a simplified and CoT stream or into a KML/KMZ file for easy ingest into todays geospatial tools such as RINGTAIL’S REPLAY, ARCGIS or Google Earth. Additionally, all Multi-Cast data feeds are compressed and specialized for transport networking compressing select data streams at 90% with zero data loss. (GPR) B. Platinum Resolve (PR) – PR fuses the “best of breed” data from multiple sensors on aircraft, mounted vehicles, dismounted warfighters, and maritime platforms and outputs the geo-temporally resolved sensor feeds. This automatic and immediate resolution process matches multiple platforms based on place, time, and identifier similarity. The resolution of these multiple feeds enables PR to add context to the tracks through the incorporation of both sensor and non-sensor data in visualization applications (RINGTAIL’S REPLAY, Google Earth, ArcGIS, etc). (GPR) C. Ringtail Design’s “Replay” – Replay is a multi-touch Common Operational Picture (COP) software suite that includes time-synchronized, 3D visualizations of multi-INT products and blue force tracking information, as well as FMV with the ability to play, rewind and replay all activity in an area. The digital video recorder (DVR)–like controls, vital to determining meaningful situational awareness and to view all time synchronized data products at a past period of time. (GPR) D. Theseus – This service is designed to connect to the GCCS legacy systems and take the proprietary data output formats and convert them to open standards such as CoT, which is then readily ingested into PERSEUS and therefore represented in all visualization applications (Replay, Google Earth, ArcGIS, etc). (GPR) E. Google Earth Enterprise Services – Google Earth’s geospatial solutions and services are designed to quickly deliver advanced stable geospatial capabilities for the customer’s specific needs. Novetta engineers devel- oped and integrated GOTS/COTS algorithms to feed high-resolution imagery assets, Open Street Maps worldwide data, Elevation and terrain into other applications, such as, Ringtail’s Replay, ARCGIS, VIDEX, and Google Earth Clients. F. ATLAS Mapstore & Services – Enables a user (operator, analyst, ops planner) to select any imagery of an AOR and/or NAI, objective, country in an efficient and expedient manner and “chip out” the selected imagery for downloading. ATLAS generates custom OGC imagery formats (GEOTIFFS, ATAK, A-PASS, and Garmins), that can also be used within all enterprise geospatial applications such as ARCGIS, Falconview, Google Earth, and Ringtail. ATLAS can further generate Garmin basemaps (roads, addresses, placenames) tiles for Open Street Maps. (GPR) G. Mobile Applications: a. VIDEX-Mobile (VIDEX-M) which allows for FMV viewing and exploitation via a handheld android platform. (GPR) b. iATLAS, which converts the imagery to iOS / Apple data formats for rendering in apple’s iPhones and iPads. (GPR) c. Microsoft Surfaces / Tablets – All services are also currently running as Virtual Machines on the new MS Surface Pro.
