    13. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE ALL SUB TRADESAND SUPPLIES AND DELIVERIES TO THE SITE AND SHALL BERESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR SAFE KEEPING ONCE ON SITE.

    14. CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL SITE CONDITIONS ANDFAMILIARIZE HIMSELF WITH THE SCOPE OF WORK.

    15. CONFINE ALL BUILDING OPERATIONS TO THE IMMEDIATEJOB SITE KEEPING SIDEWALKS CLEAR AND UNOBSTRUCTEDAT ALL TIMES. JOB SITE SHALL BE KEPT FREE OFACCUMULATED DEBRIS AND TRASH. ALL CONSTRUCTIONDEBRIS SHALL BE DISPOSED OF PROMPTLY IN APPROVEDDUMP SITES.

    16. AT THE COMPLETION OF THE WORK ALL EQUIPMENT,WASTE MATERIAL AND DEBRIS SHALL BE COMPLETELYREMOVED FROM THE SITE AND THE AREA MADE GOOD.

    17. WITHOUT COST TO THE OWNER THE CONTRACTOR SHALLPROMPTLY CORRECT ANY DEFICIENCIES OR DEFECTS INWORKMANSHIP AND CONTINUE TO DO SO THROUGHOUTTHE CONTRACTED MAINTENANCE PERIOD.

    18. WITHIN REASON THE OWNER SHALL SUPPLY ALL WATERAND ELECTRICITY TO THE CONTRACTOR DURING THEWORK ON SITE.

    19. UNLESS OTHERWISE INSTRUCTED ALL MATERIALSEXCAVATED OR REMOVED FROM THE BUILDING AND NOTUTILIZED ELSEWHERE ON THE SITE SHALL BE REMOVED

    FROM THE SITE AND DISPOSED OF IN APPROVED DUMPSITES.

    20. IF APPLICABLE, OWNER SUPPLIED ITEMS ARE NOTED IN THECONTRACT DOCUMENTS. THE CONTRACTOR ACCEPTSRESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SAFE KEEPING OF ALL OWNERSSUPPLIED MATERIALS AS DELIVERED TO THE SITE.CONTRACTOR SHALL IMMEDIATELY INSPECT ANDINVENTORY ALL OWNER SUPPLIED ITEMS AND BRING ANYDISCREPANCIES OF DAMAGE TO THE OWNER'S ATTENTIONIMMEDIATELY.

    A. SITE PREPARATION1. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE THE PROTECTION

    NECESSARY TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO EXISTINGPROPERTIES, AND SHALL PROTECT EXISTING TREES ANDVEGETATION WHICH ARE TO REMAIN.

    2. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOT PERFORM ANY CLEARINGOPERATIONS UNTIL RECEIPT OF SPECIFIC INSTRUCTION INWRITING TO PROCEED, FROM THE ENGINEER. TREES ORSHRUBS OUTSIDE THE EXCAVATIONS OR ELSEWHEREWHICH ARE TO REMAIN SHALL BE PROTECTED FROMINJURY DURING CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS.

    3. THE AREAS AFFECTED BY THE WORKS SHALL BE CLEAREDOF ALL EXISTING STRUCTURES, FENCES, WALLS, DEBRIS, OROTHER GARBAGE AS DIRECTED BY THE ENGINEER

    4. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE TREE, SHRUBS, GRASSAND OTHER VEGETATION, OR OBSTRUCTIONS INTERFERINGWITH THE INSTALLATION OF NEW CONSTRUCTION, TO BEDEPOSITED ON SITE OR AS SPECIFICALLY INDICATED.REMOVAL INCLUDES DIGGING OUT STUMPS AND ROOTSCOMPLETELY AND BACKFILLING WITH APPROVEDMATERIAL AND COMPACTING TO THE SAME DENSITY ASTHAT OF THE SURROUNDING SOIL.

    5. IN ALL CASES, TOPSOIL SHALL BE DEPOSITED ON SITE FORRE-USE ON SITE WHERE DIRECTED; SURPLUS TOPSOILSHALL REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF THE OWNER AND BESTOCKPILED SO AS TO DRAIN SURFACE WATER FREELY ANDSHALL BE COVERED TO PREVENT WIND-BLOWN DUST.

    6. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE HEAVY GROWTHS OFGRASS FROM AREAS BEFORE STRIPPING.

    7. ALL MATERIALS ARISING FROM SITE CLEARANCE(EXCLUDING TOPSOIL) WHICH IS SURPLUS TO ORUNSUITABLE FOR USE IN THE WORKS SHALL BE DISPOSEDOF BY THE CONTRACTOR TO APPROVED TIPPING AREAS ORAS DIRECTED BY THE ENGINEER.

    8. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL EXERCISE DUE CARE ANDATTENTION DURING EXCAVATION IN PROXIMITY TOMARKED UTILITIES. SHOULD MARKED UTILITIES BEDAMAGED DURING EXCAVATION THE CONTRACTOR SHALLMAKE GOOD REPIARS TO THE SATISFACTION OF THEOWNER AND UTILITY COMPANY AT THE CONTRACTORSEXPENSE.

    9. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF48-HOURS NOTICE TO THE ENGINEER AND MUST RECEIVEWRITTEN NOTICE TO PROCEED BEFORE INTERRUPTING ANYUTILITY. WRITTEN NOTICE CAN BE IN THE FORM OF ANELECTRONIC MAIL.

    B. FOUNDATIONS1. ALL FOOTING AND FOUNDATIONS TO BEAR ON
