Overview
• Company: Oracle Corporation• Occupation: Multinational Software Company• No of employees: 136.000• Objective: Looking to hire Cloud Sales Reps across
several European countries
MrWork divided the campaign in 2 phases.
• Phase 1: MrWork conveyed to the target audience what it means to work within the Oracle Sales cloud division. This was done by running campaigns with several blog posts and testimonials by Oracle employees.
• Phase 2: The relevant audiences were targeted with the job openings. MrWork used remarketing campaigns for this phase. The project spanned 14 countries in Europe and ran for approx 2 months.
Campaign Goals
1. Increase the awareness among the target audience about the opportunities of working at Oracle.
2. Improve direct applications for all job openings
The Campaign• The campaigns initially began in The Netherlands, Germany,
the U.K., the Czech Republic, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Spain, Ireland, Austria and Finland.
• Due to the success (at least 150 hires) the campaign was prolonged and moved to the APAC countries Australia, Indonesia, India, Singapore and Malaysia.
