Effective conflict resolution

Most conflicts are a result of valid concerns that were not addressed

During Meetings After limited discussion take the concerns

offline and work together• When needed develop a joint resolution offline

and bring to WG or to reflector as resolved or as a clearly defined disagreement

On the reflector After a round of email responses get on the

phone or send a private email to interest group and work together to develop a joint resolution. Post that joint resolution to get additional input.
