Men’s Health: bit.ly/2MBRLu8 “Levels of risky alcohol use across Australia have shown little im-provement across the past decade with around 1 in 10 Australians putting their long-term health at risk through excessive drinking.” The biggest health risks for Aus-tralian men. Take note of this list: bit.ly/2GMNqAy “Make sure you can recognise the warning signs of a heart attack. The Heart Foundation is a ter-rific source of information on what signs to look for and what action to take if you or someone else is showing heart attack symptoms.” Cigarette smoking accounts for around 90 per cent of lung cancer deaths in Australia, and men make up 63 per cent of these deaths. The health complications of smoking are well documented, but conquering nicotine addic-tion is never easy. If you need help, a number of online re-sources are available. Every ciga-rette you don’t smoke helps your health. If you’re already a smok-er, now is the time to get serious about quitting. If you don’t smoke, don’t start.” Lot more: bit.ly/2GMNqAy

The Penrith (Sydney) Thursday night Men's Walk and Talk has taken off!! Why did you think it was important to start the group? Kevin – “We (men) would never ring each other up and say: ‘can we talk, want to get a coffee?’ When we played foot-ball together we would see each other three times a week, we are great mates and he has been through some rough times. When we were younger you would see people at weddings and bucks parties then when you get older, you stop playing football. I do the river walk every day with my wife, I enjoy the walk, while Thursday night with the boys is a different experience.” Lot more: bit.ly/2Z2hI8C More sites: bit.ly/2KIRgfa Play VIDEO - Penrith Men's Walk and Talk: bit.ly/2yTVTNT

Cecil’s Hub. Men’s Work. ‘Where Men take charge of their own lives, through the Role Models & Support of other Men’. It will rad-ically change your life, the way you relate and interact with part-ners, others and particularly other Men.’ Most Men feel that they can’t talk about anything (apart from Sport), let alone their feel-ings, to share their journeys with other Men without the fear of judgement or ridicule. This is a movement that is helping so many Men to be seen and heard, by con-necting them with other Men and their own emotions. To actually hear, and know direct from other Man’s mouths!” Sign up for News-letter on extensive and overall website: cecilshub.com/about/ “ To get extra information to sup-port you in your journey to be-come the best version of yourself.” See: bit.ly/2MBJ9V3
