NAMI Course at IHM The National alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) is offering a 12 week free course that provides education, emotional support, self-care and empowerment for anyone who cares for or interacts with a loved one with a diagnosed mental illness. The course is not open to those loved ones that suffer from these illnesses. This course covers the symptoms and treatment of major mental illnesses, as well as skills to help family members communicate with and advocate for their loved one (s) more effectively. You must register in advance to attend as space is limited. Parishioners Tony and Jan Khalil will be your instructors.
