Next Stages - Summer 2009:

Consultation on three Development Scenarios.

Three theoretical scenarios to achieve the vision’s aims and objectives, based on low, medium and high development quantities.

Low: 500 new residential unitsMedium: 1250 new residential unitsHigh: 2000 new residential units

The preferred scenario will be the basis for a Masterplan for Morden beginning late 2009.

Look out for publicity in the local press, the council’s website, the community forum and a special supplement in July-August MyMerton.
