The 19 made 3-point shots is a Beach Ball Classic record and a school record for St. Edward. Sean Flannery added 19 points and a team-high seven assists while Jack Sullivan chipped in 12 points and Danny Chambers added eight points and 10 rebounds. MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. -- St. Edward guard Tommy Schmock drained six 3-point field goals andfinished with a career-high 33 points as the Eagles overwhelmed East Jackson (GA) 93-71 onTuesday during the Beach Ball Classic boys basketball tournament.

Schmock was 6-for-11 shooting from 3-point range, and the Eagles shot 19-for-48 from beyond thearc as a team. The 19 made 3-point shots is a Beach Ball Classic record and a school record for St.Edward.

Sean Flannery added 19 points and a team-high seven assists while Jack Sullivan chipped in 12points and Danny Chambers added eight points and 10 rebounds. The Eagles improved their recordto 4-2 on the season and will play Mustang (OK) Wednesday at 5:15 p.m.

Lake Catholic 5, Rocky River 4: Freshman C.J. Will scored the game-winning goal in overtime as theCougars won a game played at Quicken Loans Arena. Ian Hermann scored two goals for the Pirates.Ryan Bruss and Kyle Horvath scored two goals each for Lake Catholic.

St. Edward 2, University School 2: Ben Heller assisted on two Ryan Gorbett goals in the first periodfor the Preppers, but the Eagles rallied for a pair of goals to earn a draw.
