Mobile jig concentrator plant

This processing plant is built on its own chassis, weighing about 2 tons, with its own power supply. Thisplant can easily be towed by a pick up or 4x4 vehicles. It was especially designed to be portable,compact, low maintenance and secure. The whole plant, once set up, is not labour intensive, keepingoperational cost to a minimum. The plant can handle a head feed of 4 – 6 tons of gravel per hour,depending on the % of clay and silt associated with the gravels. The processing plant works on specificgravity of minerals and metals, capturing, diamonds, copper, manganese, chrome and gold.

The scrubber (round cylinder) accepts the gravel and brakes down clay and silt, washing and cleaningthe gravel and removing all debris. From there it is fed to the vibrating screen, sorting the gravelaccording to sizes, where it is then fed to the jig. The jig captures both gold and diamonds and fromthere enters 2 cyclones to capture dust size gold particles.

The magic happens inside the jig. All gold and diamonds are captured here and deposited into securelocking bins making tampering with the concentrate impossible.

This is the inside view of the jig once the protecting security plates have been removed. There are twocapturing bins, enough to house 18 kg of gold in one and thousands of rough diamonds in the otherbefore it needs to be emptied or replaced with new bins. Once the locking plates are in place, access tothese bins is restricted to the person who has the key or combination.

View of the generator and electric boxes. The generator is strong enough to power all the electric motorson the plant and as well as enough reserve to power a range of external electrical equipment such aswater pumps, lighting and even a portable freezer/refrigerator.

View of the vibrating screen. The screen sorts the gravel into pre determined sizes, as required by theoperator for gold, diamonds or both.

Sizable toolbox to securely store shovels, hoses, picks and other tools.

All the light non essential material is separated by the jig and dispersed away from the plant.

The red box controls all the water waste from the plant where it can be funnelled through a pipe in orderto decrease as much of the environmental impact as possible.

AVAILABLE ON THIS UNIT:

(1) A CCTV camera mounted on the plant, the feed is transmitted via satellite and can be viewedanywhere in the world on a pc.

(2) Breakers are built into the plant which will allow the operator to disconnect or connect thepower supply.

(3) Meters installed into the fuel tanks to control diesel usage and prevent pilferage, the meters canalso be read over the satellite feed.

(4) A gps satellite tracking device installed in the frame where it can’t be seen or located andprogrammed to immobilise the plant without the correct unlocking code, in addition the samedevice will have tracking capability if the plant was stolen or removed from its position andlocated within a few feet of where it is taken

(5) A remote motion flood light installed for security purposes with transmitting capability.
