• The recent auditions of INDIAN IDOLseason 5 was promoted through Roadshow. A vehicle fully fabricated to thetheme and communication was developed. Ithad the sound system and other elementsinstalled .

• The entire route map for the road showwas developed which had most of the ruralpart of Aurangabad district

• The activity was to gather crowed . Oncethe crowed was gathered the anchor wouldencourage them to come and give liveaudition on the float .

• The auditions were recorded andimmediately uploaded on the Indian idolweb site.

• Participants were given passes for finalauditions

• INTEL in shop promotionwas planed during the festivalseason .

• 3 malls were chosen where Intelproducts were being sold.

• A product display was setup .• Promoters were trained and

allotted the stalls .• Each and every customer were

targeted to give informationabout the products.

• New schemes launched for thefestival was also communicated

• Spencer's had a to increase its foot fall in itsstore.

• The plan made was to go to the society anddo an activity that would generate foot falls.

• The plan was to do “cooking competition “named. “Spencer's Kitchen Queen”

• We targeted 10 societies of Aurangabad.• Promoter would go to each and every house

and communicate about the competitions.Once the lady of the house agreed she wastold the recipe that she had to cook and bringto the designated place in the society . Also ifshe is not participating she can fill the sloganform and win prices.

• 10 promoters had a target to cover 0 houseseach for 3 days.

• A foot fall of 600 ladies was generated forthe competition . The recipe was judged andthe winners were called for the finals atSpencer's retail.

• Thus after completing 10 societies for thefinal we had a foot fall of 4000 ladies to dropthe slogan contest form and to witness thefinals .

cased of its sturdiness and we weregiven the challenge to do so?

We choose best stunt men fromthis field .The challenge was to dostunts on plain ground filled withsand and not on the concrete turf.The stunt men practiced andlaunched them selves in frontt of3500 crowed .

The amazing stunts created awhole new picture in front of thecrowed as the sturdiest motor cycle
