LIST OF ACCELERATED POWER PLANT DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS UTILIZING RENEWABLE ENERGY, COAL, AND GAS AND RELATED

TRANSMISSION

BY THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

MINISTER OF ENERGY AND MINERAL RESOURCES

Considering: that for the implementation of the stipulation of Paragraph 3 article (3) and Paragraph 6 Article (3) of Presidential Regulation Number 4 Year 2010 concerning the Appointment to PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) to Carry Out the Accelerated Development of Electrical Power Generating Plants Using Renewable Energy, Coal, and Gas, it is necessary to promulgate Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation concerning the List of Accelerated Development of Electrical Power Generating Plant Projects which utilize Renewable Energy, Coal and Gas as well as Related Transmission:

Bearing in mind: 1. Law Number 19 Year 2003 concerning the State Own Enterprise (State Gazette of

the Republic of Indonesia Year 2003, Number 70, Additional State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4297);

2. Law Number 30 Year 2007 on Energy (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2007 Number 96, Additional State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4746);

3. Law Number 30 Year 2009 concerning Electrical Power (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2009 Number 133, Additional State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5052);

4. Government Regulation Number 10 Year 1989 on Electrical Power Supply and Utilization (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1989 Number 24, Additional Sate Gazette Number 3394) as amended twice, the latest by Government Regulation Number 26 Year 2006 (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2006 Number 56, Additional Sate Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4628);

5. Presidential Regulation Number 4 Year 2010 dated 8 January 2010 on Appointment to PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) to Carry Out the Acceleration of the Development of Power Plants Utilizing Renewable Energy, Coal and Gas;

6. Presidential Decree Number 84/P Year 2009 dated 21 October 2009; 7. Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation Number 0030 Year 2005 dated

20 July 2005 on Organizations and Procedures of the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources;

DECIDES To stipulate MINISTER OF ENERGY AND MINERAL RESOURCES REGULATION ON THE LIST

OF ACCELERATED DEVELOPMENT OF ELECTRICAL POWER GENERATING PLANT PROJECTS UTILIZING RENEWABLE ENERGY, COAL AND GAS AS WELL AS RELATED TRANSMISSION

Paragraph 1

(1) List of projects of electrical power generating plants utilizing renewable energy, coal, and gas which are carried out by PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) is as stated in Attachment I of this Minister Regulation. (2) The development of the electrical power generating plants as stipulated in article (1) includes the development of the related transmission as stated in Attachment II of this Minister Regulation.

Paragraph 2 (1) List of projects of electrical power generating plants utilizing renewable energy, coal, and gas which are carried out through the cooperation with private power developers is as stated in Attachment III of this Minister Regulation. (2) The development of the electrical power generating plants as stipulated in article (1) includes the development of the related transmission as stated in Attachment IV of this Minister Regulation.

Paragraph 3 This Minister Regulation is effective the date of its enactment through 31 December 2014.

For public cognizance, ordering the promulgation of this Minister Regulation by its placement in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
