Minimum Required Data in OpenWells for DPI reporting.

For all boxes within the Apache DPI.exe reporting q ueries to be fulfilled the following data fields wi thin

OpenWells and the Wells information have to be fill ed in. As indicated by their colour yellow this is a minimum data entry requirement across the Apache Corporatio n.

Authorised MD Right click on the Wellbore and select “Properties” then select the “Depth” tab.

Working Interest Right click on the Well and select “Properties” and leave on the “General” tab.

Progress Within the Daily Operations Report, under the “General” Section, “Progress” field which is calculated from MD (previous) and MD (current).

NPT Within the Daily Operations Report, under the Time Summary section.

Quarter Right click the Well and select “Properties then click on “Status” Tab. The DPI report takes the status entries for the quarter.

Exchange Rate Found within the Cost and AFE reports “General Information” section in the “Exchange Rate” Field.

Approved Cost Found within the Well Planning reports “General” section under the COS $ field.

AFE_Total_Depth Found within the Well Planning reports “Hole Plan” section under the MD Base field.

Actual Depth Found within the Daily Operations reports “General” section in the MD field. The DPI report compares all and take the max. depth entered.

Actual Footage Drilled Found within the Daily Operations reports “General” section in the MD field. The DPI report compares all and takes the max. depth from the Min. depth entered.

Pacesetter Days Found within the Well Planning reports “Hole Plan” section in the “Pacesetter Days” field.

AFE Days Found within the Well Planning reports “Hole Plan” section in the “AFE Days” field.

Actual Days Found within the Daily Operations reports “General” section in the “DFS” field. The DPI report compares all the reports and takes the max.

AFE DHC Found within the Well Planning reports “Hole Plan” section in the “AFE Cost” Field. Once each phase is filled in the total “AFE Cost” appears in the green calculated field under the total section above it.

DHC (Dry Hole Costs) Found within the Daily Operations reports “Daily Cost” section in the “Daily Cost” Field. The DPI report accumulates the Wells totals from these entries.

Contract Type From the OpenWells Contractors tab you can select the drilling contractor and rig operations. Under the “General” tab is the “Contract Type” field.

Rig Release Date From the Event Properties option and “Associated Rig Operations tab, the Rig Release” field can be found. This is the only non yellow input field for DPI reporting required.
