MID WEIGHT MOBILE DEVELOPER – FULL TIME, NOMAD We're excited to present an opening for a Mobile Developer to help us bring our next award winners to life. We're working on commercial and innovation projects across music, gaming, Smart TV and location. We’re currently looking for new developers to join our growing team. This is an in house role for a quick start in our Sydney, Surry Hills office. THE ROLE: The role of a Nomad Mobile Developer is to create mobile, tablet and connected technology solutions in collaboration with Nomad’s software, Design and Account Management teams. The right fit is passionate about mobile development and design, has great attention to detail and a “FTW!” attitude. You have skills in a range of back-end technologies such as web services and content management systems and broad experience in current mobile development techniques and technologies. Additional experience in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript practices is a desirable advantage. Experience in a commercial or agency environment is ideal but not a necessity. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• At least 4 years of iOS application development experience

• At least 3 years of additional development experience

• Links to examples of your current apps

• Photoshop/Illustrator competence

• Excellent English communication skills for collaborative development

• Ability to manage blueprinting process such as wireframing, technical exploration and documentation.

• Experience extracting designs from Photoshop and/or Illustrator.

• Be nice to work with, laugh at our jokes

• Experience with version control, GIT hub or similar

DESIRABLE SKILLS

• Familiarity with mobile web development practices with HTML5, CSS3 & JavaScript.

• Experience with Java Spring Mobile

• Experience with Swift

• Experience with Android development

• .Net backend & SQL Server database experience

• PHP backend & MySQL database experience

• Understanding of validation and compliance to W3C standards

• TPS reports and relevant cover sheet policies PACKAGE Salary dependent on experience, in line with industry rates.
