    The time between services depends on the package selected. The customer canrequest for a service of their vehicle through web.The car will be collected and after service returned back.

    3)CLINIC INFORMATION SYSTEM

    This project is concerned with the design and development of ClinicInformation System. Many hospitals identified the need for a website to manage thedetails of their patients and help patients to fix appointment with doctors withoutcoming to hospital for it. A remedy to this is providing a website of each hospital. But

    from the client side, it is a Herculean task to surf all the websites of the hospitals.Actually this project is done by keeping the above constraints in mind.

    Through this site any user can access information related to hospitals. This siteis designed for facilities such as anybody can fix an appointment from anywhere inthe world. The project entitled Clinic Information System is developed to provide anefficient help for users. The reason for choosing this topic is that right now Internet isseen as very popular and every person is surfing the Internet for information. Sincethe information about health delivery systems and hospitals is what majority ofpeople want to know, a project such Clinic Information System has vital importance.

    Through this site the patients can enquire about the hospitals, know thedepartments, treatments and doctors available at each hospital. Know the facilitiesavailable say, rooms available, ambulance available. He can register to the site,request for appointment, and know the status of appointment, book rooms andambulances. The doctors can grant appointment time, know about the patients inadvance, display his consulting time etc. The hospital management can add doctors,view details of registered users of the site and manipulate the details of facilitiesprovided by the hospital etc.

    The main objective of the system is to provide a web site through which a usercan access the information about hospitals from anywhere without going to thehospital or surfing different websites of each hospital. The user is to be provided with

    The system provides different access rights and login for the users such asadministrator, travel agency and registered members. The proposed system helps

    the Administrator to configure the basic settings details. The system also providesfacility for the entering bus details such as bus type bus model and adding new bus.

    The administrator is also responsible for adding rout details such as route name,break point details. Route scheduling and bus scheduling is also done byadministrator. Ticket cancellation rule and commission details for the travel agencyare also set by administrator.

There can be possibility of invalid votes. All thesemakes election a tedious task.In our proposed system voting and counting is done with the help of computer. Itsaves time, avoid error in counting and there will be no invalid votes. It makes theelectionprocess easy.

    This Asset Management System helps in creating and managing a data repositoryof the inventory pertaining to the hardware and software of IT resources in an

    organisation. The IT inventory list basically consists of computers, monitors,software, network devices, printers, plotters, scanners, cartridges, etc. AssetManagement System is a FOSS based application, which has two majorcomponents, an application for automatically capturing the inventory data pertainingto the installed hardware and software of a computer and its associated peripherals,and second component named which helps in the management of these inventories.The Second module makes use of the data captured by the First and the financialand commercial data pertaining to the inventory. The financial details include data onpurchase order, invoice, warranty, AMC and the commercial details include data onsuppliers, contacts, contracts etc. The financial and commercial data have to beentered manually into the Second Module. The data captured could be imported intothe Second Module; also manual entry of inventory data is possible in the Software.

    The user selects a particular movie and show in a selected city, if there is availabilityof tickets for that show, then confirmation for ticket booking must be done. In case of

    non availability of tickets, the portal must display next available date & time.

    There is no cancellation of tickets once they are booked. While booking an identityproof of any individual is required. An option to print the booking details is there,which has to be shown in theater and on paying the charge get the actual ticket.

    9)Bidding Software

    The aim of the project is to develop a website to make bidding on softwareauctions more convenient and less time-consuming for users. It is developed using

    ASP.net and SQL, server. Bidding is the process of buying and selling the productsthrough bargaining. There are two types of bidding. They are low cost bidding and

    high cost bidding. In low cost bidding, seller fixing an amount for a product. Thebuyer is proposing. So after the bargaining the seller will be disposing of the productfor a feasible amount.

    In this case, a minimum profit is guaranteed for the seller. High cost bidding intended

    for upper class people. In high cost bidding. Auctioneer fixes certain amount for theproduct. Those who want to purchase will be offering high amount.. The highestbidder will get the product. Auctioneer can fix the bid rate.

    (eg: Suppose the auctioneer can decide at least Rs.l000 more than the amount fixedfor the auction of Rs.1,00,000).ln high cost bidding very rare commodities are alsoplaced for bidding. Through Internet high cost bidding has so many advantages. Sowe can buy so many rare products through Internet.

    In this online software bidding tool is designed to use as more friendliness in threeway user guided manual system.

    Admin is a full privilege authorized user, who can keep track over all activities ofseller and buyer, including all over site administration of online bidding. Auction is theprocess of selling the software online through the process of bidding. The Auctioneercan add software details to sell the software and the Bidder can view the softwaredetails and bid an amount to it. [n case of any need, the Users can send mails to theadministrator or between themselves. An option is provided to send feedback to theadministrator. A registration is required for all users. All Auctioneers and Buyers haveto pay a certain amount as registration fees. For registration username andpasswords are to be given.

    After the registration the seller is adding the details. So as the features of thesoftware, pictorial representation, warranty, and minimum amount which is theAuctioneer expects etc..

    A buyer can bid the amount of the software product that he intends to buy. Beforeclosing hid date, the bidders can bid their own amount. The highest bidder can buythe product. If one person happens to register, the product will be bought for theamount he has paged. The auctioneer has all the responsibilities in sending theproducts to bidder through courier service. The Auctioneer through the credit card

    system will receive the money.

    10) Citizen Card System

    Introduction To CITIZEN CARD SYSTEM

    The Project Citizen Card System gives us the information about the citizen in anycountry. A Citizen has unique Id to find out the personal information in each andevery department or service wherever a citizen goes. This information can be foundout by the unique Id of the citizen. If any citizen wants to utilize the services or utilitiesby the Government or Private organizations, he has to go to each and everydepartment with different Id for that particular department. Instead, a citizen cardhelps in having all the utilities and services under one unique Id. This system not onlyhelps us to know the information about the services or utilities but also it gives theinformation about the character of the citizen in credit rating.

    This System consists of the modules like Personal Information, Credit Rating,

    Banking, Insurance, Provident Fund, Municipality, RTO, Voting, Passport, TravelAgency etc.

    Project Description

    Citizen Card System provides the information about the citizen in any country. ACitizen has unique Id to find out the personal information in each and everydepartment or service wherever a citizen goes. This information can be found out bythe unique Id of the citizen. If any citizen wants to utilize the services or utilities by the

    Government or Private organizations, he has to go to each and every departmentwith different Id for that particular department.

    In citizen card system the citizen will perform the all transactions basing on id. Ifcitizen want to take a policy like Insurance policy then citizen basing on id he/shelogins and register themselves to take a policy .Not only the Insurance but alsohe/she perform the transactions like banking, Electricity, Banking, Insurance, Tax,Provident Fund, Telephone, Gas, Movies, Municipality, Credit rating etc. Credit ratingtells the behavior of the person whether citizens character is good or bad.

    INTRODUCTION TO MODULES

    Personal InformationThis module contains the personal information like name, id, address etc., of citizen.If administrator wants to view the personal details of the citizen administrator canverify the personal information module.

    Credit RatingThis module gives the information about the character of the citizen. It determineswhether the citizens behavior basing on all the things is good or bad. It provides theinformation of the citizen.

    InsuranceThis module provides the amount insured and regarding its installments. Basing oncitizen id the insurance details can be displayed. If the citizen wants to make a policyin the insurance then citizen can make it by his citizen id.

    RTOThis module provides information regarding licenses for vehicles. It gives theinformation like vehicle name, vehicle registration number, engine number, Servicenumber, Owner address etc

    VotingThis module provides the online voting facility. Citizen can choose particular area tothe voting. Citizen can vote according to his/her choice.

    BankingThis module allows all banking transactions. Citizen can make any bank transactionsbasing on citizen id. Banks like SBI, ICICI, Andhra bank etc., all the banking

    transactions can be done with citizen id.

    PassportThis module provides information about particular citizen. Details like citizenspersonal information and date issued, valid up to etc.

    ObjectivesTo enable the Administrator to perform operations basing on citizen id like voting,passport, gas, banking, Personal Information, Credit Rating, etc.

    11)Logistics Management System

    There are several companies in service industry dealing with transportation of goodsfor companies or persons. They will collect the materials from customers on amutually agreed payment and delivery terms and will deliver it. These companies willhave their own branches/offices in different distant places and they are alsoparticipating in the process of both delivery and material collections. So the only waytoCoordinate / centralize the operations of these branches/offices is Internet and aWeb-based software.

    This is a single company & multi-branch/Office software. Companies can purchasethe software from the vendor and can add any number of branches. There will be twotypes of users Administrators and Ordinary Users. Entire features will be available toadmin users but rights of ordinary users are limited.

    On acceptance of the quotation, the customer will give an Order to the company forits service. Company will accept the order and will collect the materials from thecustomer to dispatch. After reaching the materials at the nearest office/branch at thedestination the branch will deliver the goods to customer and the details will beuploaded to the software.

    After the delivery of materials, the company will start the billing and payment

    collection processes.

    In this software the customers have no direct access; its only an inter-branchsystem. Data entries are only from the side of employees of the company.
