IUCN MEMBERSHIP LIST – JULY 2008 Members are listed in alphabetical order by region and by country, with a coding to indicate whether they are in Category A: State members (ST) and Government Agencies: (GA); Category B: National and International non-governmental organizations (NG and IN), or Category C: Affiliates (AF). In most cases, the names of organizations appear in the language of the country in question; as appropriate, an unofficial translation is given in English. Each member has a number which we ask you to please quote in all correspondence with the Secretariat. For ease of reference, this Membership List also contains the IUCN National and Regional Committees as well as the contact details of IUCN Offices.
