The Liverpool Chamber is a adventure in many ways. There is history, then there is today. I can look at the his-tory, however, I am in the Chamber for today. The chamber has allowed me to connect with many prominent leaders in the CNY region. Each time one of these leaders presents at a meeting I learn more about how each of us fits into the economic structure of the local community. Through the events hosted by the chamber, I have met several business owners. After learning about their business I have chosen to work with them which in turn supports the "buy Local
programs".

Two integrative pharmacists, Rachel Gregg, owner at All
The Rage Health & Fitness and Natalia Daughton, owner of Bare Bones Health & Wellness and members of the Liverpool
Chamber have partnered up with Nichol's Supermarket. Nichol's has been very open and inviting to the ideas
that these innovative and energetic pharmacists have ap-proached them with. Rachel and Natalia will be making ap-
pearances at Nichol's once or twice every month to "compound" some yummy raw food treats (i.e smoothies,
desserts). This is an amazing opportunity to support a local Liverpool supermarket and open up your mind and taste buds to some tasty REAL food ideas for a healthier,
livelier YOU! Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food... Hippocrates.
Join Rachel and Natalia at Nichol's on Thursday, March
20th from 3:30-5:30 and Saturday March 22nd from 11-1. Stop in and enjoy what they have been "compounding" in
the kitchen! Dream Big!

Luis Gonzalez, Co-Chairperson, Primerica Financial Services; [email protected] or o. 315-295-0642 “The mission of the Training & Coaching for Business Growth Committee (T&CfBG) is to offer professional development learning and coaching opportunities for current and pro-spective chamber members and their employees that will help their business prosper and grow, to their fullest potential, and make the communities they serve stronger.” Our Purpose: Each year to benefit our business membership we offer educational opportu-nities to learn and growth their businesses. To this end we present our “Brown Bag” lunch and learn series, half-day “Professional Development” workshops, as well as “Networking” events offered at various locations through-out our membership serving area. The foundation of any successful business is determined upon the effectiveness and effi-ciencies of the basic primary operating areas: Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing and Sales, Operations and Internet Technology (IT). The following topics have and will continue to support that purpose and include: Leadership and Communication Skills, Marketing and Sales, Human Resources, Internet Technology, Social Media Marketing, Networking, Employee Development, Public Presentations, Legali-ties of Business, Entrepreneurship, Customer Service, Finance and Business and Execu-tive Coaching. The Training & Coaching for Business Growth Committee (T&CfBG) always welcomes chamber members who are energetic, passionate and who want to serve on this important committee paying it forward. We believe in the ‘Givers Gain’ concept. If interested, contact Anthony Carangelo or Luis Gonzalez.
