Over the course of 6 years, Meeting of the Minds has become the premier leadership summit for sustainable cities.
An invitation-only conference, Meeting of the Minds brings together more than 250+ opinion-shapers, policy-makers, lead-ing thinkers and innovators from every sector. The conference is two-plus days of intensive exchange for leaders creating more sustainable cities using smarter design tools, sounder environ-mental practices, and cleaner energy systems.
Among the dozens of international leaders who speak at Meeting of the Minds are innovators scaling-up practical urban innovation in infrastructure, design, technology, energy, trans-port, water, finance; all are building more livable cities. At Meet-ing of the Minds, leaders from multiple sectors and diverse ge-ographies share ideas and shape a common agenda.
Meeting of the Minds was conceived by Gordon Feller of Ur-ban Age Institute in San Rafael, California.

Prior to joining Cisco IBSG, Feller was CEO of the Urban Age Institute, an international research organization which began as a magazine inside the World Bank and was spun off ten years later, in 2001. For nearly 30 years, Feller has advised on urban devel-opment issues with leaders of multinational companies, cities, NGOs / foundations, and national governments. His clients have included the World Bank, the United Na-tions, German and Canadian national gov-ernments, The Rockefeller Foundation, IBM, Reuters, Metropolis, and United Cit-ies; Local Governments.
