ABOUTBill Fabrocini is a clinician, coach, and teacher of movement. He

has built his career around rehabilitating athletes and design-

ing innovative training programs striving to optimize human

performance. Bill believes that everyone is an athlete designed

to move. “We all share the same biology and are all governed

by the same laws of physics”. Bill’s approach is to enhance

movement ability through training principles that take advan-

tage of the natural architecture of the human body and its abili-

ty to adapt.

Bill utilizes his vast knowledge of the human body to coach his

clients and teach others how to build durable, dynamic athletes

of all walks of life. It is no wonder his client base is so diverse.

Professional and collegiate athletes and sports teams, Olympi-

ans, corporate executives, youth sport organizations, and many

others come to him for his guidance and diverse approach to

enhance performance, productivity, and quality of life.

EXPERIENCEBill Fabrocini is a clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy and

sports performance coach. He has worked in the medical and fit-

ness industry for over three decades primarily in Aspen, Colorado.

His diverse clinical skills come from his background as a physical

therapist specializing in orthopedic and sports related injuries.

Over the course of many years, treating and examining hundreds of clients, Bill identi-

fied recurring dysfunctional movement patterns and associated muscle weaknesses. In

combination with his studies and scientific reviews he began to look more closely at the

role of posture, stability, and mobility and how they affected movement patterns. His

background in neurophysiology also enabled him to better understand the vital function

of the nervous system and its role in refining movement. Bill sums up his understanding

of human movement in a metaphorical manner. “In similar fashion to fixing the software

of a computer inflicted with a virus, the human body needs constant “reboots” or “reacti-

vation” to reestablish posture, stabilization, and proper patterns of movement. Essentially

cleaning out the software of dysfunctional movement and mapping correct blueprints

that become the model for how human beings should move in daily life and sports.”

This philosophy has become the foundation of Bill’s work.

Over the last two decades, Bill has expanded upon his movement applications into the

world of sports performance where he has coached many prominent athletes and teams

to enhance athletic ability and decrease injuries. He currently works with many profes-

sional athletes as well as serving as the sports rehabilitation advisor for the Guadalajara

Chivas in the Mexican elite soccer league.

His success in the medical and sports arena also got the attention of many corporate

clients that began seeking his help for individual services. He soon began to apply his

principles with consideration to the “baby boomer athlete” especially those whose life-

styles had been compromised with chronic ailments such as back and hip pain. Opportu-

nities further expanded into the production of exercise programs and fitness screens for

corporate companies.

Bill has publications in a vast array of medical journals and features in various fitness

magazines such as Outside Magazine, Men’s Health, Skiing, Women’s Sports and Fitness.

In 2011, Bill was sought after by the authors of the New York Times Best Seller,

Younger Next Year, to design the exercise program and produce the DVD in the sequel

book, Thinner This Year. He most recently completed the whole body exercise program

that will be featured in The Younger Next Year Exercise Program.

Bill is also an innovator in the fitness world. He is the co-founder of Aspen Core Fitness,

the company that invented and introduced the popular training tool the Rip Trainer that

was acquired by fitness giant TRX. The TRX Rip Trainer and the accompanying training

system designed by Bill is now sold in many countries throughout the world.

In 2015, Bill founded the Aspen Club Sports Summit whose mission is to bring together

leaders in the world of sports medicine, fitness, and the medical industry to provide

education while raising funds and awareness for selected philanthropic organizations.

Bill’s newest innovation is an educational fitness program entitled F-Force that he plans

to introduce to the fitness world in 2016.

SERVICESBill is based in Colorado at the Aspen Club, Aspen’s premiere health and performance

venue. You will also find Bill travelling to various conferences worldwide, educating

fitness and medical professionals. He conducts training camps, certification programs,
