MCCM stands for:• Maintenance and Certification Compliance Monitoring.
MCCM identifies and reports the level of compliance, creates awareness and raises attention and therefore enables proper (non-) compliance management.
Main indicators are: equipment identification; the maintenance plan, execution, follow up & record keeping; equipment physical condition and the management of those.
Start with Tier 1 systems i.e. Well Control & High Pressure Mud system.
It is a program where the Drilling Contractor must demonstrate that equipment on the rigs is adequately certified and calibrated and in a known, non-degraded, condition assured in a sustainable way by an effective and defined process and system.
