    This meeting is being held in conformity to the Open Public Meetings ActN.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et. seq. Proper public notice of the meeting was published in thetwo local papers on May 7, 2010.

    If any Board member or member of the public in attendance believes that themeeting is in violation of the Open Public Meetings Act, the Hoboken Board ofEducation requests that they make a statement at this time.

    The Board wishes to make those in attendance aware that this meeting is beingrecorded on video and will be broadcast by the Board at a later date on CATVChannel 77.
