TheAmericangovernmenthasasecretelementwithinit.Thissecretelementequatestobeingasecretgovernmentconcealedwithinanexistingpublicgovernment.WhilethefaceofthepublicgovernmentisonewhichprofessesequalityforallofAmericascitizens,howevertheunrelentingcommitmentofthesecretgovernmentistoensurethecontinuanceofAmericaswhitedominanceandcontrolregardlessofwhoisactuallyPresident.Tomeetthissecretnationalinterestandracistobjectivethesecretgovernmenthasbeenworkingfordecadesbehindthescenesdevelopingandimplementingmanyclassifiedprogramsdefendingitswhitestatuesqueagainstitsminoritypopulation.

HistoryacknowledgesthatthissecretgovernmenthasbeenunrelentinglyengagedinmanyunethicalprogramsdefendingitspositionofwhitedominanceagainstitsBlackpopulation.Asseenaftertheabolishmentofslaverywhereinitsmethodsofusingracist,oppressivetreatmentofitsBlackpopulationwasreincarnatedintoJimCrowinequalitiesmaintainedbyregionalauthoritiesandcondonedbytheU.S.Government.AGovernmentalcondoningthatfacilitatedanationalenvironmentofwhereinwhichAfricanAmericanswerebrutallymistreated,lynchedandweremadevictimsofmanydeviousstrategiesandmethodsthatpreventedthemfrombecomingregisteredvoters.AndletusnotforgetthehorrificTuskegeeexperimentsoroftheCIAsinvolvementinfloodingtheBlackcommunitiesofLosAngeleswithdrugsandhighpoweredweaponry.Becausetheseblatantracistmethodsusedinthepasttoensureanddefenditswhitedominancearenowmorallyandsociallyunacceptable,thissecretgovernmentdevelopedamorecovertandsophisticated

methodofmeetingthisobjective.ItnowusesthenationalmediasprovenmassmanipulatingcapabilitiestoconditionitsBlackpopulationtonotonlyacceptwhitedominanceovertheirlives,buttoalsopreferit.TheconstantbombardmentofdeplorablynegativeimageriesofthemselvesthatofwhichAfricanAmericanaresoconstantlyinundatedwiththroughtotallywhitecontrolledmediaoutletsisadeliberatelydesignedmortifyingpsychosocialprogram.ItisapsychosocialprogramthatprovidesthesecretgovernmentwithaverysophisticatedandcovertmethodofcontrollingtheperceptionsofitsBlackpopulation.ItstreatmentofAfricanAmericansistointentionallysubjectthemtoseeingonlythefraudulentlyworstinthemselveswhileimplyingthattheyrespectonlywhites.ItusesthenationalmediatodisseminatepropagandathatraciallydevaluesitsBlackpopulationwhileintentionallyperpetuatingwhitesuperiority.

Thisisdonethroughanimmensecampaignoffalsederogatorymisinformationandfalsenegativemediareportsandstatisticsthatarecreatedbythesecretgovernmentandthenleakedtoitscollaboratorsinthenewsmedia.ThesefalseinformationaboutAfricanAmericansarethendisseminatedunrelentinglyeverywhereitisdeliberatelyperpetuatedthroughnewsreleasesinmagazinearticles,radio,television,pressreleases,documentaries,andfalsecensusreports.However,theweaponisnotinhowthemessageiscarried,butisinsteadwithinthemessagesthatitcarriesandhowthesemessagesperpetuateandframethemythofWhitesracial,moral,andethicalsuperiorityoveritsBlackpopulation.Thisconceptofmanipulationworksbyaffectingtheunconsciousmindthroughdeception.Itsweaponisthemessagethatitcarriesandthewaythatitadverselyaffectsthetargetedrecipientgroupintermsoftheirbehavior.TothedetrimentofmanyAfricanAmericansthissystemofappliedpsychologicalconditioninghasbeenanextremelyeffective.ItsunrelentingdailyassaultontheBlackpsycheengendersfeelingsofselfdoubt,selfloathing,anddistrustamongtheirgroup.ItalsodevelopsprofoundfeelingsofinternalizedselfcontemptthatpulverizesBlackunityandhaltsBlackupwardmobility.IttotallydetachesAfricanAmericanssenseofracialunityandcohesionandalsototallydetachesthemfromtheirsenseofpowerandrealitywhileinsinuatingthattheyadmire,respect,andtrustonlyWhites.Governmentagentswhospecializeinpsychiatry,massmanipulationthroughpropaganda,andsocialengineeringanalyzesurveillanceinformationgatheredaboutitsBlackpopulation.DecisionsarethenmadeonwhichfraudulentstoriestoproducetobestnegativelydefineandgarnercertainpsychologicalfeelingsamongthetargetedgroupthatbenefitsthesecretgovernmentsagendaofmaintainingtheU.S.whitedominanceandcontrol.ItsoverrepresentationofBlackcrimesandgrosslyexaggeratedstatisticsofBlackonBlackviolencewithinthispsychosocialprogramareintentionallydesignedtocreatefear,hatred,anddistrustthusmoldingthecharacterofdisunityandselfhatredamongtheBlackcommunity.[BlacksownpersonalnegativeexperiencesandinteractionswiththeirfellowBlacksmerelythenconfirmtheprogramsperpetuatedmessagethatitistheythataretheirownworstenemies].

TheultimategoalofthisgovernmentalpsychosocialtreatmentofAfricanAmericansistodestroytheBlackunityandcohesionthatwashistoricallythecornerstoneofcivilrightsgainsandthatwasacrucialfactorofthesurvivalofAfricanAmericansthroughmorethanfourhundredyearsofwhiteracialoppression.LogicdictatesthatgiventhatunityandcohesionamongAfricanAmericanswasresponsibleforthedemiseofWhiteAmericaspastsystemofblatant,institutionalizedracism,thendestroyingthisunitywouldbeanessentialobjectiveofthispsychologicalmanipulationprogram.TothedetrimentofmanyAfricanAmericans,thismassiveappliedpsychosocialprogramhasbeenanextremelyeffective.IthassuccessfullyconditionedmanyAfricanAmericanstoacceptthedominanceofWhitesandwhiteinstitutionsovertheirlivesbymisleadingthemtobelievethattheyare,themselves,theirownworstenemies,thereforeengenderinganaberrationofinternalizedself

contemptthatpulverizesBlackunityandhaltsBlackupwardmobility.Furthermore,itisthemostdetrimentallyproficientracistsystemeverdeploredagainstAfricanAmericansbecausemostremaintotallyobliviousofitsexistence.ItisattherootofboththeprofounddivisionandselfhatrednowafflictingsomanyBlackAmericansandisattheheartofinternalizedfeelingsofsuperioritythatmanywhitespossess.THISPROGRAMALSOJUSTIFIESBLACKMISTREATMENTThenextstageofthegovernment'soperationagainsttheblackpopulationistheattackstage.ThesecretgovernmentalsousesthedeplorabledepictionsofitsBlackpopulationtojustifytheirmistreatmentortomakeothersinsensitivetotheirplight.AfterseveralyearsofthisnegativepsychosocialprogramaboutAfricanAmericans,theAmericanpublicwillhavetheiropinionsformedregardingitsBlackpopulation.TheAmericanpeoplewillbeconvincedthatthemistreatmentofitsBlackpopulationisnotonlyjustified,butisalsoabsolutelynecessary.ThesecretGovernmentcreatesfearandhatreditsBlackpopulation.ThenitwillusethisfearandhatredtheAmericanpeoplefeeltodeliberatelyfosteranationalconsensualsettingforthemistreatmentandsuppressionofitsBlackpopulation.Thisiswhatmassmanipulationexpertsrefertoasengineeredconsent.HitlersPropagandaexpertsimplementedthesameprogramagainsttheJewsasaprecursortothegaschambers.ThismassivepsychosocialprogramalsocreatesanationalclimatethatisinsensitivetotheplightofAfricanAmericansthusfosteringaconsensualnationalsettingofwhereinwhichBlacksaremoreeasilymistreatedandsuppressed.ThispsychosocialprogramsdistorteddeplorabledepictionofAfricanAmericanschangestherootproblemofracisminAmericatobeduetoBlacksbehaviorratherthanWhitesproclivityforracism.ThiscreatesashiftofvictimizationinfavorofwhitesthatengendersacrimoniousbeliefsaboutAfricanAmericansthatmakesthenationandtheentireworldinsensitivetotheirplight,tranquilizeseffortsontheirbehalf,lessenspressureforsocialchangeontheirbehalfandmakesanyseriouscriticismofWhiteracismalmostimpossibletoday.ThisproducesfalsejustificationsforthelegalsystemsmistreatmentofAfricanAmericans.Whereintheyaredisproportionatelyincarcerated,givenstiffersentences,andaremorelikelythanotherracialgroupstobetreatedbrutally,beaten,andfireduponbypoliceofficerswhiletheyareunarmed.Theseinjusticesnowgoesignoredbecausetheperceptionhasbecomethatitsallnowjustified.WhencontemptofBlacksismadetoappeartobejustifiable,itisthemostfiercestandeffectivetypeofracismbecauseitswitnesses,bystanders,andevenworldaudienceswillsitbyidlyallowingAfricanAmericanstobebrutallymistreateddisproportionatelyincarceratedunderthebeliefthatitisjustified.]Italsoaffectsattitudesthatwhenenactedthroughgovernmentalpolicies,laws,andotherlegislationactions,servetoensurethatAfricanAmericanswillnotadvance.Itseffectsaremanifestedinideas,education,governmentalpolicies,economicstratification,socialsegregation,housingmarkets,hiringandpromotionpractices,psychologicalissues,andminorityaccesstoavarietyofsocialservicesandopportunity.Thispsychosocialprogramisthemostsophisticated,proficient,andmostdetrimentalsystemofracismevertoconfrontBlackAmerica.

ThisconceptthattheU.SgovernmenthasreincarnateditsmethodofsuppressingitsBlackpopulationbyusingamasspsychosocialprogramthroughthenationalmediatoinfluenceandcontrolitsBlackpopulationisnotatallridiculous.Thenotionispatentlyveryplausibleandhistoricallyaccurate.Therecordsofhistoryshowthatthereinventingofsuppressivemethodsintoformsmoreacceptabletothechangingtimesisacommonpractice.Inexaminingtherecordofhistory,weoftenfindthat,amongthosemightyempireswhichwereruthless,greedy,andracist,thosebehaviorsdidnotdecayquicklyevenafterthefalloftheempire.Thesepatternsofracismwereoftenreincarnatedintoformsmoreacceptabletothechangingtimes.AquickreviewofhistoryeasilyaffirmsthatthesecretgovernmentdoeshaveatraditionofresistantagainsttheadvancementofitsBlackpopulation.ItalsoremindsusthattheWhiteracesinnateproclivityforracism,control,anddominanceismuchtoodeeplyingrainedforthemtojustmerelygiveuptheirpracticesofimplementingmethodsofensuringthecontinuanceoftheirwhitestatuesque.

AlthoughmostofAmericasBlackpopulationwillneversuspectthatgovernmentagentsaredoingthistothem,howeverthismassmanipulationprogramisbeingaggressivelydeploredagainstthem.Thismassmanipulationtechnologyisaverysophisticatedmethodofcontrol.Furthermoreitisthesameclassifiedtechnologyusedagainstforeignadversaries.Thetechnologywasdevelopedtoprotectnationalinterestandisnowsecretlybeinguseddomesticallytodefendthewhiteracespositionofpoweranddominanceagainstitsgrowingminoritypopulation.

ThemanyproblemsnowfacingBlackAmericawillnotbecorrectedbyimplementingoutdatedstrategiesoffootmarches,speeches,orthecommemorationoffallenBlackmartyrs.Norwilltheseproblemsbecorrectedbythepreachingofscripturesfromanyofourreligioustexts,betheyChristianorMuslim,butinsteadbyrecognizingthesepreviouslyunexploredcovertpsychosocialprogramthathavesecretlyemplacedbythesecretgovernmenttosecretlyensurethecontinuanceofwhitedominanceandcontrolinAmerica.Thesecretgovernment'sagentsoperateabovethelaw.Intheeyesoffederal,state,andlocallawenforcement,thistechnologydoesn'texist.Groupstargetedbythesecretgovernmentagentsareontheirown.
