What is a mastermind group? Napoleon Hill, author of Think and Grow Rich, first defined the mastermind as a

“coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people,

for the attainment of a definite purpose.” A mastermind group is a group of highly motivated individuals who come together to work on their own goals and enhance their personal and professional development. Collectively, the members of the mastermind group support, encourage, brainstorm, challenge, and spark ideas for the success of every member of the group. This is achieved through

o Total Honesty o Respect o Compassion o Sharing o Commitment o Confidentiality

Your mastermind group is your own personal board of directors, success team and peer advisory group rolled into one. The Ignite Leadership Mastermind program will include

o 6 or more months of facilitated mastermind discussions o Dedicated time to share your goals and dreams, challenges and

opportunities. o Time to discuss, explore and obtain feedback on a topic important to you. o An opportunity to create an action plan for achievement before the next

meeting o Team support via a private on-line discussion board o Some programs may also include Actionable Conversations


Non-Disclosure Agreement Each member of the mastermind group will be asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to ensure any information learned through the mastermind program remains confidential. In addition...

o Team members will have an opportunity to learn from business leaders during monthly webinars.

o Accelerate your progress by up-grading your package to include 1:1 Executive Coaching where we focus on specific issues and solutions.

A mastermind group is not...

o A networking or referral group – although the strong relationships and trust developed during the 6-month program members may feel inclined to explore an opportunity to create referral partners, or business alliances. This is not a requirement nor an expected outcome of the group however.

o An education or training program – every member must be committed to attending all meetings, engaging in discussions and sharing your knowledge, skill, and ideas.
