Tourism of Sida Resort Hotel Nakhonnayok

ABSTRACT

The study of The Marketing Communication to Persuasive and Satisfaction to

Tourism of Sida resort Hotel. The objectives of thesis were to study the Marketing

Communication for Persuasive , news perception, persuasion factors and Satisfaction to

Sida Resort Hotel of tourists.

This thesis was qualitative and survey research by using in-depth interviews

conducted with administrator, observation and questionnaire for data compilation. The

subject are Thai tourists S i b Resort Hotel during January- December 2006 total 36,999

persons. The sample size were prescribed by suing readymade table of Taro Yamane

based on 25,000 onwards. The reliability value in selection were approx 95% with emr

not exceeding 5% to revealed possible error as less as possible. Result selected sample

group were 400 subject.

The data collecred were analyzed with SPSS program by using the frequency,

percentage, means and Standard Deviation.

The marketing cornrnunjcation of Sida Resort Hotel consisted of nine

instrument activities : television, radio, magazine, media outdoor, handbill, publications,

person meha, sale promotion and event marketing media

The results have shown that the majority of tourists were between 26-35

years of age and are company employees the next are government officer the majority

education of level was bachelor's degree and income of tourists were more than 20,001

baht per month the status single.

The tourists most received news from television and the majority of tourists

received between 1.01 - 12 pm more 21 times per month. The tourists most received

information about Sida Resort Hotels from person media the next are mass

communication and www.sidaresort.com

The important factor in making a decision to make a trip to the Sida Resort

Hotel is to touch the nature and mountain in the Sida Resort Hotel the s m d factor is

transportation convenience.

The overall Satisfaction of tourists in activities participation is messed as the

medium level, in servica and place are assassed the high level. DPU
