We need to use clues from the story to figure out some things. Figuring things out this way is called drawing conclusions.Today we are going to look back at the story Market Day. Listen carefully as we reread the story so that we can draw our own conclusions at the end of the story.

Is the market indoors or outdoors? How do you know? How long have they been at the market? How do you know this?At the end , the author says, Were home at last. What words help you figure out that the trip was long?If what I describe is puzzling, then you should scratch your head and looked puzzled. If not do nothing.

We line up to go to lunch. It snows in July.It is time to go home.A bug starts talking to you.You just had your pencil and now you cant find it.I will name some jobs that people do. If asking lots of probing questions is part of the job, give a thumbs up. If not do nothing at all.
