MEMBERSHIP REGULATIONS*

• Membership cards are valid for individual holders only and are not transferable.

• Single membership and Family membership will be available as per the

requirement.

• Guests interested in obtaining the membership scheme should contact the

• Upon verification , the membership cards will be issued with ONE year validity.

• Regular beach rules & regulations will be applicable for all membership card

holders.

• Loss of membership card - BD 10/= will be charged for re-issuance.

• No membership entries will be allowed without the original card and the card

holder.

• Membership cards are not valid for discounts at beach restaurants.

• Kids below 15 years of age are applicable for the family membership.

• 25% discount applicable on regular water sports activities. Not applicable for

special events like a special beach event, corporate event, food festival etc.

GENERAL MARASSI BEACH RULES & REGULATIONS

• Beach charges:

• Access to the beach is restricted to guests and paid guests of Marassi Al

Bahrain.

• The beach operating hours are from 9:00 am to sunset daily.

• Entry to the beach is prohibited outside beach operating hours. However,

visitors are welcome to access the food outlets located near the beach.

• The lifeguards are on-duty during the official beach opening hours only.

• Swimming at night after beach operating hours is strictly prohibited.

• The management reserves the right to alter operational hours or close the

area for private functions without prior notice.

• While life guards and security are present during operating hours, use of the

beach is at your own risk and responsibility.

• Do not swim far from the shore.

• Please be attentive to children.

• Children are the responsibility of accompanying adults.

• Children below 16 will not be allowed to enter the beach without

accompanying adults.

• Appropriate attire to be worn by all beach users on the beach and other

common areas.

- Adults and kids over 12 years old = BHD 2 per head- Children below 12 years old = BHD 1 per head- Children below 3 years old = Free

• Please refrain from any acts or behavior that could result in loss, damage or

physical injury to yourself and others.

• Glassware is not allowed on the beach or other common areas.

• Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited on the beach or other common

areas.

• For the comfort and privacy of other guests, cameras and music players not to

be used on the beach or other common areas.

• Marketing, promotions, solicitation or sales of any product or service is strictly

prohibited on the beach or other common areas. Interested parties must

contact the management for permission.

• Fireworks, barbecues, cooking fires and tents on the beach or other common

areas are not permitted.

• Fishing is not permitted on the beach.

• No pets are allowed on the beach.

• Out side food is not allowed on the beach.

• Please take care your valuables. Marassi Al Bahrain/Eagle Hills Diyar are not

liable for personal property that has been lost or damaged.

• Marassi Al Bahrain/Eagle Hills Diyar management is not responsible nor has

any liability for any damage, injury or fatal accidents to people while using the

beach or other common areas. The use of the beach and other common area

facilities will be at your own risk.

• Keep the beach clean! No littering on the beach, please use the bins provided.
