If you are applying for a graduate school, they may ask you to upload your pictures as

part of the application. But, if you are introducing yourself to the director/ mentor add

your picture so they can get a better sense of whom they are talking to

Shall I add my GPA?

Since you are providing a transcript that has all your grades, you should not add your

GPA

Shall I add my birthday or marital status?

Your birthday and marital status is part of the application packet that you will fill, do not

repeat the information

No grammar or spelling mistakes
