You must complete a paper Registration Transaction Form(RTF) & a Research Registration

Form

Register early to ensure you get the classes you want each semester

The Schedule of Classes has a listing of which courses are being offered.

What you’ll need

•Your GWid number (Ex: G123456789)

•Course Reference Numbers (CRN)

Use the current Schedule of Classes (Spring, Summer, Fall) to select your courses as the

numbers change each semester.

11 Graduate Courses (33 credit hours) for the non-thesis option

OR 8 Graduate Courses (28 credit hours); a thesis with (6 credit research

hours)

3 Required Courses

•ApSc 6212 or 6213

•MAE 6286

•One course chosen from MAE 6207, 6221 or 6276

More program details (M.S., Ph.D., Certificate)

A student will be dismissed from the program if he/she receives:

•2 (or more) grades of F

•3 (or more) grades below B-

At least 3.0 GPA to meet graduation requirements.

Ph.D. Program

For Direct Ph.D. Degree students: 54 credit hours

(minimum of 18 credit hours of course work available

for graduate credit and minimum of 12 credit hours of

dissertation research credits)

For post-Master’s Ph.D. students: 18 credit hours of

course work available for graduate credit and 12 credit

hours of dissertation research credits (CSCI 8999).
