Log-in Administrator
How the librarian can log-in?
Once the administrator will click the Log-in Administrator bubble bar. The LOG-IN ADMIN interface will then appear where the administrator can type his/her
username and password.
Then afterwards, click Submit to log in successfully. After the administrator had logged in, another interface will appear which have six
options/bubble bars.

The first bubble bar in the librarians window is the Search Books Bubble Bar, inside thesearch books window is where the librarian can find or search the available books with
the book title, author, category, shelf no. , total no., no of books, borrowed books.

2. View Borrowers Status
The second bubble bar for the librarians window is the view borrowers statuswindow, inside this window is where librarian can view the borrowers status with full
name, section, address, contact number, email address, the title of the book that
he/she borrowed, the date borrowed, date returned and the status whether the books
is still borrowed or already returned.

How the librarian can view the borrowers status?
The librarian must click the View Borrowers Status bubble bar.

View Borrowers Status Window
After clicking the view borrowers status bubble bar, the borrowers status window willappear, then that is the time that librarian can view the status of the borrower, with
full name, section, address, contact number, email address, the title of the book thathe/she borrowed, the date borrowed, date returned and the status whether the books
is still borrowed or already returned and can also update it.

3. Add Books
The third bubble bar of the librarians window is the Add Books bubble bar, inside thisbubble bar is the book information window where the librarian can add new books
with its title, author, category, shelf no., total books and then can save it. Librarian can
also update the information of the old books.

How the librarian can add books?
First, she/he must click the add books bubble bar. After clicking the add books bubble bar, the book information window will appear
where the librarian can add new books with its title, author, category, shelf no., total
books.
Librarian can also update the old books by clicking the drop down menu and choose oldat the right side of the book information window
4. Add Borrower
The fourth bubble bar of the librarians window is the Add borrower bubble bar insidethis is the Add Borrower window, this is where the librarian can add a new borrower

5. Borrowers Request
The fifth bubble bar of the librarians window is the borrowers request bubble bar,inside this bar is the Borrowers Request window where the librarian can approve or
reject the borrowers request. Librarian can view the borrowers id, full name, section,
book title, author, and the status.

First, the librarian must click the Borrowers Request in Bubble Bar.

After viewing the request, the librarian can either approve or reject it.

6. Log-out
The sixth bubble bar in the librarians window is the log out in bubble bar, this is thewhere the librarian can exit or close the application.

The first bubble bar of the students window is the borrow books in bubble bar wherethe student can input the information needed in borrowing books this includesborrower id, name, book title, author and select the date he/she borrowed it.
